Hi Timothy, We appreciate you leaving us a review on Dealer Rater as well as the other sites you told us you would regarding this experience with Boch Honda West, after looking into this I was told you had called in on Wednesday of last week looking to speak to someone about this particular vehicle and after speaking to Jayson Juttner you were sent numerous pictures of this vehicle from him to your cell phone , after receiving them you had asked for more side photo shots of the vehicle and were sent more , after looking thru them you seen scratches on the vehicle and then went and figured on an estimate to this cost to you as well as asking Jayson what's the best price that could be done on this vehicle is , as it was already marked down to the price of $19,000.00 the dealership documentation fee of $495.00 would bring it to $19,495.00 then because you live 4.5 hrs from Westford we charge an additional $ 250.00 delivery fee to the total amount coming to $ 19745.00 Jayson quoted you $ 45.00 less at $ 19,700.00 and waited for your response, after receiving your response back as to what your body shop would charge you to have the scratches fixed your bodyshop told you $ 625.00 and our total just put you over the amount you wanted to spend and the time to drive here back and fourth was to much and not worth your time , after this you seen that the price had dropped by $ 381.00 dollars online to $ 18,619.00 and with your Dealership Documentation fee and the delivery fee it brought you to $ 19,364.00 from here which was yesterday you had texted Jayson explaining how upset you were over the fees and that they were fake fees and you were going to go on social media and put bad reviews on your experience with Boch Honda West , we tried showing you everything you would spend here before coming in we were nothing but transparent with you in the pictures the costs and the time it would take , after seeing the price drop I can see you were upset , I do agree you should have been given a call to let you know , my feelings are that you were a serious buyer and wanted to purchase the scratches you felt were putting you out of budget and were looking for a discount that never came and that can be frustrating to a customer , realize that the prices we put on line are always priced as the lowest within a large mile radius and it was seen 4.5 hours from here to you , as you stated to Jayson you were going to try to destroy us on social media and all we did was be transparent and honest to you before ever coming in to our location and that's what we did for you , you never once were in our dealership , no one ever over promised you anything and no one lied to you , as far as you feeling upset I see your point with the price change and no call, I hope you can see past this and give Boch Honda West another shot if we have a vehicle in the future you would like to purchase , I hope this message can be seen as a positive response to you and not a negative one as I do appreciate knowing about your experience , thank you .
