I requested David Lamb as he has taken care of my car before for service. He seems to me to be most knowledgeable, courteous, and gets things done in a timely manor. Yesterday was no exception. He even took care of a recall on my car that I didn’t know about yet besides the oil change and state inspection sticker. So far, I have confidence in this dealership’s service department. More

Car was not Detailed for the $300.00 they charged me! Joseph and Bob were great. Detail shop was terrible! The car was maybe washed and tires had a coating on them. The car was not detailed though. Every mark we saw on it when we test drove it was still there. Leaves were still in engine bay and trunk jam. The rims were covered in old brake dust. They wanted $995 to detail but we did not want it done then. Was told the charge was standard and would cut it down to $300. So for that money we got a wash and tire coating! I could have gone to Scrub a Dub and paid less than $20 for that service. More

He was kind, not pushy, he made the experience worth writing about. I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey from here. It is a good car, with some needed body work. I do think they should have come down on the price to reflect that, but in the end I think I got a good deal. It needed back brakes and Kevin made sure to get me right in and have that fixed. I’m very happy with my purchase and very pleased to have worked with Kevin! Definitely recommend going to see him to purchase a car! More
