Poor Customer Service I brought my vehicle in as I always have to your service center. I was told there would be no problem getting an oil change if I was there by 7:15. I brought my vehicle in as I always have to your service center. I was told there would be no problem getting an oil change if I was there by 7:15. I sat waiting approximately 30 min when I was approached by the service rep. Telling me they would not perform the service because they did not have a service tech to do the work. This is not something that I was expecting after all the $$$ I've given the dealership(bought 2012 Pilot new and serviced at location since) Let alone the dealership still owes me a complete vehicle detail because I had a tech not properly perform a prior oil change. But the dealership has not followed that up, because they hope I have forgotten. This reminds me of my daughter taking her vehicle to you folks for an oil change and inspection. She had an issue with a headlight alignment and was told Boch Honda West could not make that adjustment because her vehicle wasn't a Honda. The dealership stuck a young lady(my daughter) and would not help her.... Bad on You folks. I have had great service from Amanda Grey, but I was surprised not to hear back from her after this incident. More

I explained I was ready to buy TODAY and had already shopped around. They had the car I wanted and I asked for his best price on it. After spending almost 3 hours in the dealership evaluating the product and hoping to wrap up quickly Joe disappointed. He brought back a price that was actually almost $900 over sticker. Some sort of "Reinstall" fee. Complete waste of time in the age of transparent pricing. Walked out and bought an Odyssey somewhere else. THEY at least showed me their best price when I asked for it. If you like old-school negotiating and lack of transparency then Boch Honda West is the place for you. More
