The first price offered was an excellent prices and minimal discussions needed to agree on terms. Our experience buying a used car at Boch Honda West was nothing like that. The employees we worked with were polite, reasonable and straightforward. They were willing to negotiate and weren't at all pushy. The salesman we worked with (Joe) drove to the sister dealership to get a part for the car we purchased in order to accommodate our tight purchasing schedule. Overall, we had a very pleasant buying experience. More

Nice people, unfair price While everyone was very nice and polite, there was zero negotiation in giving me a fair price. I understand this is a business but when there is room in profit margins to offer a fair and balanced deal, the customer should be able to negotiate in good faith. Inconvenience I had an appointment to get new tires and made it clear I needed my car done by 3:00The sales associate was aware I needed to pick it up at a certain I had an appointment to get new tires and made it clear I needed my car done by 3:00The sales associate was aware I needed to pick it up at a certain time as well. When I showed up to pick up my car - at 4:00, the car had just started getting worked on. The sales associate was very insensitive about me needing the car back so that I could pick my kids up from daycare. I ended up leaving at 4:30. The sales associate (Anthony) was rude and dismissive. However, the woman at checkout was very nice and there was a manager (Chris) that tried to fix the situation. I understand that things happen but I wish that Anthony called me and let me know that my car would not have been ready on time (that would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements for a ride or to pick up my kids). Overall, I am not happy with my service. I go to Honda for the tires because of the great customer service and the convenience. This visit came up short and will definitely make me question my brand loyalty. More

Tire rotation The problem was solved partially but the annoying sound is still present as a result of uneven tires wear. Unacceptable service Step daughter bought vehicle here last fall. Has had issues, major one being A/C, which is a real treat this time of year. Service is aware of the issue, bad compressor apparently. Has made numerous appts. to correct the issue, but is always given the run around when she arrives. Excuses such as, "we don't have the part, machine is broken to reclaim refrigerant, Boch Norwood has the part but, and I loved this xx excuse, we're not associated with them. Hottest part of summer and service can't seem to fix a fairly simple problem. Seems a bit sexist to me that they'll consistently blow off a customer because she is a young lady, and feel this is acceptable professional behavior. I know this will receive no action on Bochs part, but feel like Ernie Sr. Is rolling over in his grave with the way his good name is being besmirched by his non service department. I'm sure if this was not a warrantee issue and was getting paid for, it would have been taken care of long ago. More
