First dealer to make me regret my purchase Myself and my family have had Hondas for the past two decades. This dealership is the first one I've been to that I haven't been satisfied with, and h Myself and my family have had Hondas for the past two decades. This dealership is the first one I've been to that I haven't been satisfied with, and have actually regretted purchasing. The CRV I ended up getting had a dent along the door and dents on the bumper, as well as some stains throughout the inside of the car. After the test drive the sales person assured me that the dents and the inside of the car would be taken care of, and that it hadn't gone through the cleaning process yet, so that would be taken care of as well (none of this I got in writing unfortunately). Fast forward through the paperwork and signing, the dents haven't been fixed and the inside was somewhat cleaned up, though there were still some stains in some places. I contacted them to get the dents fixed, dropped the car off, and when I came back they said the dents were beyond their ability to repair there and I would have to get a quote from a body shop and they would see what they could do about it. I got a quote and let them know, and they said they can't do anything because I bought the car as is and they reduced the price for it when I bought it (they charged full price for the car I got). When I spoke to a manager he said there's nothing he can do, and that I knew what I was buying when I bought it. Overall, this was one of the worst car buying experience I've had and I will definitely not be going back there. Thanks for being the first place to make me regret having a Honda. More
I wasn't expecting to buy a car the same day. I went in to test drive a new Civic. I met with Joe and he took me for a test drive. Joe and his manager managed to get me the best deal for my situation. Signed the paperwork later that afternoon. I would highly recommend Boch Honda West and Joe! More

We had such a bad experience with the first car we will NOT BE BACK. It took them one week to locate and register my daughter's car, and just picked it up and has not been inspected so now she has to go back there AGAIN....our 4th trip! My son test drove two cars, then was left sitting there for over an hour so they could "run the numbers". Instead, Sales Manager comes out and dismisses him, telling him that he is already working with his mother so he will send the information to her (which he never did btw!). My son is 24 years old and does not deserve to be disrespected like that, at least go over the numbers with him! He went to Nissan and bought a car from them. Now my wife hopes to lease a new Odyssey in the next couple of months...guess what??....we will not be going to Boch Honda in Westford, Ma. More

Purchase of new vehicle Issue with tailgate which I noticed, not the dealer. Was promised it would be fixed by the time I picked up the car, but it wasn’t. Eric never submitted a service order even though he promised it would be fixed. Poor communication among staff in all departments - left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I was told I would be called when part for repair arrived, but I wasn’t. I called to check on part and found it had arrived and I then asked to schedule an appointment. Overall staff doesn’t follow through as promised in terms of getting back to customer and delivering as promised. Not very organized or efficient dealership. More
