I purchased a new Honda Hybrid CRV in March and the car is awesome. Thank you. The experience still reminds me of one of the worst nightmares. The finance team requested me to sign papers that they were not aware. I was making that purchase as a sole-proprietor and they missed to learn the process. As a result, I had to go to the RMV multiple times, they asked me to pay extra money, and I wasted numbers of hours with many unexpected trips to the dealership. After a month, we all understood that stepping into that showroom was very unpleasant for me. One of the managers tried making it up with a free first oil change. There was no undo. Today, in September, I learnt that the nightmare isn't over. My address was typed incorrectly for doing the SSN verification. I clearly recall telling them the city was wrong and they said not to worry about it. The guy entering the address in computer typed 18 instead of 19 as my written street address. Obviously, that caused more trips to the dealership at that time to rectify. I didn't realize it would have impacted my SSN verification in future. Here we are. My work verification for SSN shows that incorrect address reported on March 8th, 2022. More

Due to the problems of transportation and part-shortage caused by Covid-19, the required part is not available promptly. After reviewing my case, the Boch Honda West did go extra miles to help me on a loan car when waiting for part, the problem is fixed now and I got my car back in excellent shape. I bought a used 2019 Honda Pilot, compared to the other 4 dealership I went to prior to Boch, they were the better choice. The SUV's were clean inside and out and the sales staff friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is the SUV was missing the floor mats and was told they wound install the original OEM mats, when I got the SUV they installed all weather mats that look cheap, in their behalf Kyle the salesman told me he will look into it to correct this issue. He even texted me on his day off to keep me informed of his progress. If they honor their word I would easily change this to a 5 star rating. The purchase time was a little dragged out, but in the end I was happy with the outcome. More
