Misleading I stopped in to schedule a replacement part to be put on. The service contact said all set. How about tomorrow. I thought I was simply getting the part installed. While it may be too much to expect that someone could order the exact piece that is missing when it was described clearly, it’s still helpful to explain that it was necessary to schedule an estimate. I came in and received my astronomical estimate. I was told the price for the part. It was $40 more than one nearby dealership and $100 more than another. I used to steer friends and family to Boch. I’m rethinking that going forward. Note: everyone was nice. It’s just what was never said and the price issue. Not sure if the names of the two guys. One was older. The other guy was maybe 30. Both nice. More

Friendly and fast I had to bring my two kids with me for the emergency repair.
