Helpful and Approachable Service Team I had a flat tyre and unfortunately no key was found in my car to get the tyres unlocked. Due to this i had to drive 10miles to Boch Honda for help. Scheduled an appointment to buy a car and found it sold I found a car and I called the dealership spoke to Brittany Barry and scheduled an appointment for 90 minutes later. They followed up with a text confirming the car would be there. Brittany stated yes the car would be ready when i arrived. I verified the stock number of the car. I was told we will have the car ready when you get here. I live 1 hour and 10 minutes away. When I arrived they told me I missed the car by ten minutes it was just sold. The salesman that they had me sit with told me he had other cars available. All were at least $2000 more fro the same type and model Civic. The following morning I contacted the text number i was given the day before from the inside sales team. Kailey Vidal the manager replied: we apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused but we don't hold vehicles. I asked about deposits for people who have to travel a distance? Again Kailey Vidal then replied: We do not take deposits on used cars. Long and short: If you do not hold the car that i was told will be ready for me, why bother scheduling appointment to see the car? They did have other more expensive vehicles available. Nothing less than bait and switch. More
