Won't recommend any of the two locations after buying 2 cars It seems Information is not at all conveyed to sales reps from web service agents. Scheduled appointments are attended about an hour n half later. ( It seems Information is not at all conveyed to sales reps from web service agents. (While waiting, I've observed customers being sent back for unavailability of vehicle after spending an hour waiting,) Waiting period was unorganized. "You're next. I don't know how long it's gonna take. But, you're next" is what's told after an hour of waiting for a scheduled appointment. When the moment comes, the sales rep doesn't have a clue what you've been waiting for. When you explain, it's said that the car you talked about with online rep is no longer available. All of the models are sold out! Non of the people from reception or web service or sales come to inform you about availability of the product while you're waiting for such a longtime! If this is what a person gets after being loyal customer to Honda and Boch Dealership then you be the judge and choose a dealership wisely! More

No respect for customers time I went in for oil and differential fluid change. Typical service Brought car in for A1 service. Service was completed. I left. Checked oil reminder settings still said 20%. Had to go back to have it reset. Quality Brought car in for A1 service. Just Adequate Usually the service is prompt and concise. This time they were not ready at the scheduled time, and we had to rent a car and leave the car for the who Usually the service is prompt and concise. This time they were not ready at the scheduled time, and we had to rent a car and leave the car for the whole day until the next morning. Also they did not have a replacement key fob in stock. I find that a bit peculiar for a high-volume car such as the Honda CRV. I still need to go back to get my fob programmed. More
