I brought my vehicle in for an Inspection Sticker. Eric Moeller greeted me immediately. He was very pleasant and attentive. The vehicle went in and once completed Eric came looking for me. He explained the vehicle needed a new timing chain and tires. I scheduled an appointment for those repairs. Upon returning for repairs he offered to get us a ride home rather than wait there 4-6 hrs. That was not necessary since we were also purchasing a vehicle there so we didn’t need a ride. Eric saw that the vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Eric was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was done. It was nice to communicate with Eric who clearly likes his job. I would definitely return there to have work done. I highly recommend Eric Moeller in the service department. More

We were okay waiting but walked out after 45 minutes of waiting with no contact. I received a text about 20 minutes later, asking if I had been helped and when I said that I wouldn’t be able to come in during the week, I was ignored for two weeks. I purchased from a different dealership and just received a text from Boch Honda West, asking if I wanted to reach out about their inventory. They lost a sale and I’m inclined to maintain the new car elsewhere. More

I went to visit this dealer after I saw an internet postings for Honda Ridgeline pricing. When I got there, the sale person was very nice and tried his best to help. Another manager told me later that he will call around and will get back to me. Guess what, they didn't even after a reached out to them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER. I bought a Ridgeline at another dealer and got a better deal!!! More
