That’s impressive and clearly shows he’s good at what he does. It was a pleasure dealing and speaking to him. He truly went out of his way to help us in every way. From letting us take the vehicle and not rushing us to hurry back. We ended up buying it and we’re so happy we did. I didn't have a pleasant experience at Boch Honda West and may not think of purchasing there again and would not recommend others as well. Went to test drive and purchase a new CRV. Was given a used CRV and may not think of purchasing there again and would not recommend others as well. Went to test drive and purchase a new CRV. Was given a used CRV to test drive stating they all drive the same but I really liked it. The new one was LX and had dealership installed leather seats which I didn't like, so I went with the used one and it was EXL and certified. I was not shared the specs and Carfax of that car. Was reminded of my Culture when I negotiated. Was forced to finance with them even though I was ready to pay upfront, stating Honda's losses last couple of years. My credit was unnecessarily hard hit 4 times that day. They tried other banks before coming to Honda finance. I was given a horrible rate even after having a good credit and paying more than half the money down. Later found the car actually had accident history which they had not shared even when I had asked for the specs and papers. I felt deceived, mislead and cheated. The Salesperson went to the extent of letting me know my culture, but my question is "Is it in Boch Honda's culture to hide information from buyers and deceive them?" More

They contacted me to give me an offer on my CR-V and I made an appointment to test drive a new car. I was texted about 15 minutes prior to the appointment, saying that they were running late. We were okay waiting but walked out after 45 minutes of waiting with no contact. I received a text about 20 minutes later, asking if I had been helped and when I said that I wouldn’t be able to come in during the week, I was ignored for two weeks. I purchased from a different dealership and just received a text from Boch Honda West, asking if I wanted to reach out about their inventory. They lost a sale and I’m inclined to maintain the new car elsewhere. More
I went to visit this dealer after I saw an internet postings for Honda Ridgeline pricing. When I got there, the sale person was very nice and tried his best to help. But when the manager came, he told postings for Honda Ridgeline pricing. When I got there, the sale person was very nice and tried his best to help. But when the manager came, he told me that the postings were at another dealer. I asked for the internet pricing and was willing to wait for the color I wanted. He came across as rude and mean. Another manager told me later that he will call around and will get back to me. Guess what, they didn't even after a reached out to them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER. I bought a Ridgeline at another dealer and got a better deal!!! More
I purchased a new Honda Hybrid CRV in March and the car is awesome. Thank you. The experience still reminds me of one of the worst nightmares. The finance team requested me to sign papers that they were not aware. I was making that purchase as a sole-proprietor and they missed to learn the process. As a result, I had to go to the RMV multiple times, they asked me to pay extra money, and I wasted numbers of hours with many unexpected trips to the dealership. After a month, we all understood that stepping into that showroom was very unpleasant for me. One of the managers tried making it up with a free first oil change. There was no undo. Today, in September, I learnt that the nightmare isn't over. My address was typed incorrectly for doing the SSN verification. I clearly recall telling them the city was wrong and they said not to worry about it. The guy entering the address in computer typed 18 instead of 19 as my written street address. Obviously, that caused more trips to the dealership at that time to rectify. I didn't realize it would have impacted my SSN verification in future. Here we are. My work verification for SSN shows that incorrect address reported on March 8th, 2022. More
