Felt disrespected and disdain soon after signup the sales contract. I wouldn’t consider to visit again even it is close proximity to my work. Promised me to follow up on my issue and never called me. I only called and I only follow up including registration. My insurance company co firmed that they sent my insurance details and details when and what time faxed. But Kayla never checked or confirmed on this all she was saying is she didn’t received. When I ask to confirm on this another old gentle man and accused me that I am yelling. Felt like this the true face soon after deal sign. More
Still waiting for someone from Honda to let me know the status of my car I was told would be ready today (amended from yesterday). I was told it would be ready in the morning. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable leaving the dealership and made sure I knew that if I had questions, to get in touch with him. I think the only thing that really mattered this time around, this was the first place I started looking for a car, and this is where I leased my vehicle. I didn’t need to look any where else. I would absolutely recommend Brandon if they are looking for their next car. More
