There is nothing you can do for me, my family, my employees, or my friends. No one I know will ever enter your establishment, but for anyone unlucky enough to find themselves needing your services you could have better communication with them. Update them occasionally. Don't steal from them. Hire competent repair personnel. Return a text or phone call within a reasonable time frame. Two days for a response is ridiculous. 4 hours is not great either, but that was the best response time you had.
