Very rude, spoke to us in a very condescending, arrogant way, I have never met anyone who could be so dismissive. I told him my bank said they would need a purchase and sales agreement and he said he didnt care what the bank says. He would not be giving me anything unless I had a check. I asked why he was being a jerk and that I would be taking my business elsewhere he stormed off running his mouth to the station to the rest of the employees so I told him why he was still talking crap, he quickly got up and started to make his way Over to me and my husband stopped him the next thing I know they were in each other’s face. Happy For The Most Part The Salesman, Manager, And the Finance Agent Were Gentlemen And Did An Great Job. My Wife Fell In Love With The HR-V and it's Color. Manager Said On Multiple Request, Said Yeah Ok, Ok Let Me Look Around, But Never Came Thru, I wanted to look At Least Anotha CR-V or So. I Knew it had to be A Certified Cars or SUV's Which I thought there was One, but turned Out To Be A Couple More than the One.Chris Showed Me. When We 1st Left with the Dealership Me And My Wife Drove Home With Compleat Quiet In the car on our way home. I sent a msg to Chris Not to go thru With what we had agreed on, I just wasn't Happy. I was told That The Price Of The Was $18,000 +. and the Loan in it's Entirety At $455.00 A Month Came out to be Almost $32,000 When Paid for at thee end of Loan, I asked for the Finance Agent The Did our Last 2 Cars Civic and the CR-V That if we came back He'd Get us a better Rate, and felt it could of be a lot better seeing that We Paid Both Loans Thru Honda Finance On PERFECT Payments, Chris could of Called him at thee other dealership. I could of been fought for a Better Rate and Price for the HR-V. Yes we can refinance thru my DCU Bank Down the road but after This Purchase and the amount of money I'm gonna end up paying, I don't like thee outcome, ButI signed The Deal and I'll Have to Honor it cuz we wanted anotha Car. I do have to give Chris Credit that 1 he at least Told me about anotha car I was was actually looking at. I'm Paying for the Car, My Wife is paying the rent. But For what Chris did was tell us about anotha car, when the manager said he would, Never Did, I know I can Change My Mind over this But probably Won't, I Could of gotten this a little better. Not only did they diagnose and repair the problem, they recommended the next scheduled service (spark plugs) based on my mileage and quoted me a price 35% lower than my local dealer.
