Went in to trade an older Accord and lease a new one. Jim explained how everything was no haggle pricing and they make their best offer and that is it. We test drove a car, and Jim explained everything and other options quite well. When it came to make a deal, Jim gave me the dealer offer for the lease, and it was too high, and because of their "no-haggle" I got up to go and be done with it. Two hours later of going back and forth, we came to a deal. I am happy to get the deal, but to say you are no haggle, and be the ones trying to haggle (I said this is what I could afford, and if they can't do it, then fine, I move on), that did not sit well. Also, to tell a customer that if that is your budget, to go buy a Kia or Hyundai, then fine---but don't work so hard to lower your own price after you say that to a customer! All in all, Jim was great. He followed up fine, and was good with the paperwork my wife had to deliver the following day. I am in the market for another car now as our other car is getting older, but it won't be a Honda (nothing against Jim!). More
