It was a struggle for me to get a new Honda. I actually was not in a rush to get a new car. I went back on Saturday 2/29 to get the registration. I had to go back again because they forgot to install 2 extra equipments I bought with the new car. Ended up spending 3 more hours there. It was my first time at your dealership. I like your facility. However, I feel out of place and am not valued enough. My sale person, Hamid, was nice, TALK nice. Actions speak louder than words though. I really want to give your dealership a try. But we have a really rough start. I’m not sure now. More

Worked with Justin in the sales department and Cris in Finance department. Both were extremely nice. My wife and I had a great experience last Saturday when we visited. Amanda was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. We feel as though we saved on some of the deals that were offered. Comedy of errors and lack of communication. Started with Finance processing paperwork with the wrong bank. Then creating P&S with incorrect info. Multiple trips back and forth to dealer correcting paperwork Finance processing paperwork with the wrong bank. Then creating P&S with incorrect info. Multiple trips back and forth to dealer correcting paperwork that should’ve been done correctly during our initial but extremely lengthy (3hr) visit. Then registration and plates were not processed. I had to make a trip to DMV. Worst of all was that my mechanic found that the “certified and clean history” car was actually in a previous accident and required repairs that should’ve been easily found upon a thorough inspection. They did make the repairs and finally I finally obtained an inspection sticker. Only took 4 trips to dealer, 1 trip to DMV, and countless phone calls/texts for items that could’ve easily been addressed if the financial process and registration requirements were handled correctly and or communicated. Too many handoffs and chasing down items. Never once through the entire process was I given a business card, phone number, or a single point of contact. Not a very well managed operation and very poor customer experience. I manage a customer service organization for a large company and will use this in future trainings as an example of what not to do! More

Price was better than 2 other dealers. Adequate inventory (took the first one presented). Accommodating when all details on my part were not clear. Went sideways when it came to registration. I was pleased that I was called to set up an appointment to take care of the recalls on my Odyssey. However, I was disappointed to find that my infant car seat and toddler booster seat had been removed and to take care of the recalls on my Odyssey. However, I was disappointed to find that my infant car seat and toddler booster seat had been removed and not reinstalled AND I wasn't even told that had happened. I got in the car and had to hit the brakes hard in the parking lot when someone ran a Stop sign and that's when I realized the carseat wasn't attached. When I asked to have it reinstalled, I was told they couldn't due to liability. I had no idea how to reinstall the car seat as my daughter had put it in for me. Thankfully I was able to get to my daughters before I had to put the baby in my car! In the future, I suggest that you have the owners remove the carseats if you aren't going to reinstall them (I was in the waiting room the whole time). Had I uninstalled it, I would have known how to reinstall it. I also found that my headlights had been changed from "auto" to off, again I wasn't told that was done. Found that out when I was driving at night. Overall I was pleased with the promptness of getting me in and out at Boch Honda, but I was greatly disappointed at the lack of communication regarding these issues. Especially as I consider them safety issues. More
