I would definitely recommend Boch Honda West to family and friends. My husband and I bought a NEW Honda CRV from Tim Mclean over the Labor Day Holiday. We knew the make/model we were interested in and Tim and friends. My husband and I bought a NEW Honda CRV from Tim Mclean over the Labor Day Holiday. We knew the make/model we were interested in and Tim was incredibly helpful in walking us through the buying process and explaining all of our options. He was incredibly knowledgable about all of the details of the 2012 CRV and took the time to walk us through all features inside the car as well as key features in the manuals. He moved the process along quickly (super helpful considering we had our 7-month old with us). AND...Tim made sure we were able to drive off the lot with our NEW car that day! We will be definitely be back to Boch Honda West for our next car. Thank you Tim! More

Amy did a great job online with the negotiating. We were a little apprehensive as we had never bought a car online before. We went to the dealership to finalize everything and worked with James Fitzgerald w a little apprehensive as we had never bought a car online before. We went to the dealership to finalize everything and worked with James Fitzgerald who was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was exactly as we had agreed via email. When we were informed that MA doesn't do temporary plates as NH does and you have to register the car before you can drive it off the lot, James came through for us. He brought my new car to our town hall in NH so I could register it and even synced my phone for me. We have bought many cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Amy Parent and James Fitzgerald. More

My experience with Boch Honda West was excellent. It was my first time buying a car and Tim Mclean helped me out. Tim was very upfront and honest; it was apparent that he was genuinely interested in findin my first time buying a car and Tim Mclean helped me out. Tim was very upfront and honest; it was apparent that he was genuinely interested in finding a car that would work best for me. We ran into some problems when it came to getting the title signed over to the dealer (it was still registered under my parent's name,) and due to my work schedule, I wouldn't be able to make the trip to my parent's house in time before the trade date. Tim said he would be more than happy to drive the hour to get their signatures and do whatever else was necessary to make everything go smoothly. In the meantime I brought my boyfriend to the dealership and he ended up buying a car from Tim as well. Tim went above and beyond my expectations and what he needed to do to make his sale. More

I went in to buy a new Odyssey. Tim was very upfront and friendly throughout the process. They didn't have my color in stock and he located and picked one up the next day without charging any "locate" fees friendly throughout the process. They didn't have my color in stock and he located and picked one up the next day without charging any "locate" fees like other dealers wanted to charge me. My trade-in actually broke down the day after the initial deal was made, and they still worked with me and offered a fair trade-in, considering the work that was needed on the car. He delivered the Odyssey to me at home in New Hampshire in immaculate condition the next business day after the final deal was made. I would recommend that Honda shoppers talk to Tim before buying elsewhere. More
