I recently purchased a 2003 Pilot from Corey at Boch Honda West. We took a test drive as the snow was starting to come down and were so impressed we closed the deal that night. I went to Boch Honda because I had heard good things. I was told to work with Lance Fisher, because he would treat me right. They couldn't have been more wrong. Picking the car, and signing the papers was was told to work with Lance Fisher, because he would treat me right. They couldn't have been more wrong. Picking the car, and signing the papers was pretty straight forward. My father had to cosign for me, which was fine. They had to deliver the car a few days later, when we would finish the paperwork and whatnot. Two days after picking out the car, and before actually receiving the car, my father died. Obviously I was concerned about what this would do for the sale of the car. I had put a down payment down, but had not completed all the paperwork. I called multiple times, and left multiple messages. All I needed, at the worst moment of my life were 5 minutes of Lance's time to answer a few questions. He never returned my calls. As soon as he had gotten his commission, he was done with me. It was the worst experience of my life. All I needed was a little common decency and he had no time for me. I would NEVER go there again as long as Lance is an employee. If someone can't return a phone call, in the worst moment of your life what can you expect to get from them. On top of it all, when he finally delivered my car a week late, he was rude and condescending. Don't give him your business. More

Unbelievable experience. I shopped several Honda dealerships and Tim at Boch Honda West was by far the most polite, patient, respectful and HONEST.
