I purchased my 2008 Honda Pilot at Herb Chamber's Honda in Burlington,MA because it was the closest dealer to me. I started having routine service performed at Boch Honda in Westford, MA when they op Honda in Burlington,MA because it was the closest dealer to me. I started having routine service performed at Boch Honda in Westford, MA when they opened as it was significantly closer. However, this dealership continues to recommend service that is of questionable need and sometimes outright unnecessary. Each oil change comes with an additional charge of $1.00 to "top off" the WW fluid reservoi. This charge is, according to one service advisor, "standard procedure." However, prior to the last two oil change visits, I topped off the reservoir to maximum and was still charged the $1.00 until I complained. They always seem to recommended that the tires be rotated when this is not necessary. It is done on a regular basis for no charge where I buy my tires. My point is that Boch Honda and Boch Automotive has many dealerships. If this is "standard procedure" on small items, I would believe the same policy applies throughout the Boch auto empire. I am in the market for a new Honda for my daughter. I know where I will not be shopping. More

I was made to feel that they wanted me as a customer, especially since I am very local to the area, and would do whatever it took to make that happen even though I had very aggressive pricing from other dealerships. The sales consultant, Timothy McLean, and the dealership staff put me at ease during the sale process. There was none of the intimidating high pressure tactics. I was undecided as to what car I wanted to purchase when I got to Boch Honda. I had looked at several other makes and was still in the information collection stage. Because I could relax and concentrate on my real reason for being there, it was easy for me to make the decision to purchase. Tim actually treated me with dignity. He is an expert and as such he walked me through available features to set me up with the perfect car for my wants and needs. Boch Honda has an extensive inventory which also helps. I went to Boch to investigate the cost of a lease of a Honda Civic for my grand son who was in dire need for a replacement vehicle.My contact as I went into the dealer was Rebekah Martinez.I explained to Honda Civic for my grand son who was in dire need for a replacement vehicle.My contact as I went into the dealer was Rebekah Martinez.I explained to her that I was there to see if there was a lease on Honda Civic that was comparable to that being offerred by the Boch Toyota dealership Norwood Ma for a Corolla.She relayed what I told her to a senior sales person who worked up a price list for three optons for leases on a Civic 2013. I tried to contact my daughter to relay the information to her but she was unavailable.While I was there i told Rebeckah that I was considering trading in my 2007 Accord for a new vehicle (Accord or CR-V).She arranged for me to get quotes for both vehicles. Since I could not contact my daughter concerning the details of the Civic lease I made an appointment with Rebekah to return the next day after contacting my daughter. I returned on the next day and told Rebekah that my daughter had been out the previous night talking with another dealer who she had previos dealings with and had signed a lease with them.I told her that I was interested in purchasing a CR-V based on the quotes I was given yesterday.After a small adjustment in price I agreed to buy a 2013 CR-V. Since a vehicle with the color I wanted was in stock, the dealership proceded to complete all the paper work necessary for me to take the vehicle home that afterrnoon.During that time Rebekah continously checked all the documents and identified any errors that she found. She kept me informed of progress through out the process and occasionally returned to engage me in short conversations to helpmake the afternoon pass more quickly. It was a job well done and reflects well on Boch Honda West More

In January, 2013, went to Boch Honda in Westford, to find out my options on a lease ending in 60 days on my 2010 Honda Civic. Tim MacLean explained what I could do, and the offers that are out there from Honda. Without any pressure, he got me in to a new lease of a 2013 Honda Civic, and in 2 hours I left with a new car. He made the transition very smooth, and I appreciated the ease with which the transaction was accomplished. I will go back to Boch Honda West in Westford again, and would recommend them heartillly.
