From the very beginning, she was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the Honda Fit. Kristin worked closely with us throughout the entire purchasing process from the test drive (twice) to helping with the financing so we could get a monthly payment in our price range to obtaining us a good value on our trade-in. She went above and beyond the call of duty when, on our way to the dealer with our trade-in, we broke down just a couple of miles away. Kristin did her best to put the resources of Boch Honda West at our disposal in order to help us get our trade-in to the dealer. She was a positive beacon of light over what was a stressful handful of days. We hope to get a few more years out of my current car, but, when it's time to purchase a new one, we will be returning to Boch Honda West and asking for Kristin. More

I engaged with Karla and Amy in the Internet Sales department at Boch Honda West to get a quote for a new 2014 Honda Accord LX. On 12/27/13, Karla had quoted me via email the price of $20,661, includ department at Boch Honda West to get a quote for a new 2014 Honda Accord LX. On 12/27/13, Karla had quoted me via email the price of $20,661, including all costs with the exception of sales tax. At 9:32 AM on 12/28/13, Amy confirmed the price. We exchanged a couple more emails and at 10:34 AM she replied that I could come in for 11:15 AM to complete the transaction. I drove the 35 minutes to the dealership and was eventually introduced to Peter, the Director of Business Development, to inform me that Amy should not have confirmed that price and that they could not honor it because they would "lose $1000 on the car". Peter indicated that the quote was dependent on a $500 financing coupon from Honda that they ran out of. Karla and Amy had never mentioned this coupon - I was not even planning on financing the car. I was extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry. This treatement violated a number of the bullets on their "Code of Ethics" and their "Promise to the Customer" that they had posted prominently on the wall at the entrance. I would never purchase from Boch Honda West nor would I recommend the dealership to others. More

I was in the market for a new hybrid vehicle. After I was in the market for a new hybrid vehicle. After doing some research on the internet, I decided I wanted to test drive the new Honda Hybrid. I contacted a dealership in Nashua NH, but they did not have one in stock to test drive, so I called Boch Honda West and they had one in stock so I made an appointment for later that afternoon. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted and introduced us to Tim Mclean. Tim was friendly and professional and provided an overview of the car and then let us take it out for a drive. Both my wife and I drove the car and we loved it. Now for the fun part, deal negotiation. Tim got his manager involved in the negotiation, and overall the process was reasonable and I feel we arrived at a fair price for both parties. Since we plan to keep the car for a long time, we purchased the extended warranty and ResistAll exterior/interior protection package. Completing all the paperwork to close the deal was straightforward. Boch Honda West did not have the model vehicle on the lot, so Tim had to search around for an EX-L model in the White Orchid Pearl. It only took a couple of days to locate the exact car down in CT. Tim drove down and picked up the car and delivered it back to Boch Honda. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the paperwork and the process dragged on for a few days. Tim worked hard to get all the paperwork issues resolved and the dealership loaned me a car for a couple of days for free...which was much appreciated! Tim was very good to work with and even provided us with his cell phone number and encouraged us to call him anytime with issues/questions etc. Overall, buying a car from Tim and Boch Honda was positive experience that I would recommend to others. First off...beautiful dealership! Very modern, well laid out, easy to get to. Went in about 5pm just to look at a used Honda Fit and was driving it home by 8pm!
