I found the service good but when I went to pay l was told there was a 3 percent charge for using a credit card. The bill was $88 and I usually do not carry that much cash. For my last two oil changes I specifically asked that they not overfill by 2018 crv. It normally takes 3.7qt. Both times they put in 5. Even says it on the bill. And while my crv does not suffer from the infamous oil dilution issue, and while 1+qt over is not an issue in this engine, there's clearly a lack of care or attention to detail. I will not be returning to Boch Honda West. Two strikes and they are out. If they can't even do oil right it's difficult to trust them with anything. From when I first emailed and spoke with Jessica, I had a great experience. She knew what my parameters were and was upfront with me about what to expect. Ali went over the many options on my new truck until I felt comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Watch out! Prices for service includes 3% discount for cash. If you pay by credit or debit they ADD 3% to your bill. Sneaky way to pad the bill once you get to the cashier.
