So Good, I got two! Working with Tim and Paul at Boch Honda West was nothing short of an absolute pleasure. We had originally gone into the dealership in February of 201 Working with Tim and Paul at Boch Honda West was nothing short of an absolute pleasure. We had originally gone into the dealership in February of 2013 to look for a new Honda Odyssey. After deciding that it wasn't the right time to make the purchase and over the course of the following 18 months, Tim would check in with us to see how we were doing. When my wife and I decided to go forward with the new car, there was no pressure and Tim found us exactly the car that was right for us. We also decided to trade my car in for a new Civic. This would have caused confusion, chaos and delays had we not been dealing with such a professional team. Tim and Paul handled all of the paperwork with ease and speed which was very much appreciated. I give Tim and Paul my most enthusiastic endorsement for any of your car buying needs. By the way, Tom makes some of the best sandwiches around at the grill inside the showroom at Boch Honda West. More

Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and a "good morning" by a receptionist and asked if I needed any assistance. I told her I was interested in looking at a Honda Ridgeline and she handed me over to Tim McLean. As a comforting experience my arrival at the dealership was, it only got better from there. Tim McLean was like talking/dealing with an old friend. His calm. laid back, relaxed manner mad this car buying experience one of the easiest I have ever had. What amazed me the most is that everything went through (from entering the dealership to the delivery) without any issues. I would definitely recommend Tim McLean and Boch Honda-West. More

Great Experience at Boch Honda West We went to two other dealers who both were rather pushy and tried to sell to us right away when we had only just started looking around. We went home and found that Boch Honda West had the car we wanted used, at the best price around by far. They also were recommended by family. We went in and were very impressed with how professional and respectful they were. Did not feel pushed or rushed to make a purchase. We went back and bought the car and are very happy with our purchase. Susan and Tim made our first time car buying experience much less painless than we expected. They did not seem to be trying to play any games like the other dealers we went to and whereas the others claimed they had the best price, Boch Honda West really did have the best price. Wow!! I have normally dreaded the thought of buying a car. Arriving once again in need of a new car I started the due diligence process of narrowing cars down and attempting to negotiate a price. I then stumbled across Boch Honda West who had just the car I was looking for at a price on Truecar.com that was far and above anything I had previously looked at. Worked initially with the internet Sales Manager, Amy. Fabulous! Great customer service skills and was actually able to answer questions about the potential purchase. I agreed to the purchase and made arrangements to meet Tim at the dealership to finish the purchase. Tim has 20+ years of experience and was very methodical in the way he made certain my wife and I were going to be happy with the new acquisition. -- I also must say that I have never been at a dealership that has been as classy as Boch Honda West. (I am not a paid spokesperson.) Extremely clean. Also set up in a fashion that provides privacy. On weekdays there is aven a small kiosk that light breakfast, or sandwiches could be purchased if you were there on a service request. Never have I seen anything like. I live about 35 minutes away in New Hampshire, but hands down would go to Boch and Tim/Amy the next time the car need arises. around More
