Horrible NEVER AGAIN !!! My daughter and I went in to start a new 3 year lease on a Civic, we signed the agreement, gave a deposit, turned in her old car, they NEVER AGAIN !!! My daughter and I went in to start a new 3 year lease on a Civic, we signed the agreement, gave a deposit, turned in her old car, they switched the plates and gave her the new keys, just as we were all set to leave ( 3 hours later ) they told us that the deal was done wrong and that she would have to pay a higher monthly payment, so of course we said no way, we want what we just spent 3 hours signing, they said no, we said we are leaving with our original car, they said no you cant take your old car or the new car because we already did the paper work, basically you can leave but would have to call for a ride, so what should have been a nice father daughter experience turned out to be a disaster. DONT GO THERE !!!!! More

Tim Is fantastic, Boch Honda West is awesome also!!!! I went to look at the Honda CR-V EX they had a lot on the lot with quite a few color options. I also wanted to check out the new HR-V to see which mod I went to look at the Honda CR-V EX they had a lot on the lot with quite a few color options. I also wanted to check out the new HR-V to see which model I liked more. Tim was very patient with me and showed me the in and outs of both models. I purchased the CR-V- EX because of the great heated cloth seats option and the great Honda name. Tim Mclean helped me set up everything when i picked the vehicle up the next day. he also was very patient with me when i called him about paperwork questions. Ask for TIM when you go to Boch Honda west He is the Best!!!!!!! More
