Not Impressed - Would not buy another vehicle here Vehicle was delivered with multiple paint scratches on rear hatch door - when addressed with dealership, was told it had to have happened after delive Vehicle was delivered with multiple paint scratches on rear hatch door - when addressed with dealership, was told it had to have happened after delivery as their pre delivery inspection would have identified them. Presented them with copy of their own pre delivery inspection document which clearly showed the inspection had not been completed or signed off on by a technician. Specifically the area covering condition of exterior paint was blank while some other areas had passed inspection. This showed us the inspection was only partial and the paint scratches were on vehicle before it was delivered to us - not happy with dealership response - said they had "fixed it as best they could" and said it had been done as a courtesy. The dealership implied we should be grateful that any repairs had been made - we feel that a brand new vehicle should NOT have been delivered with multiple paint scratches. This was all in addition to the trade in value on our vehicle being dropped $1,000 after being assured there would be "no game playing" at this dealership. More

The site has a great kids play area, and everyone was very kind and friendly. It was a very different feel from what I had gotten at most other dealerships I visited - much more of a Best Buy-like feel than what I got at other dealerships, where i constantly felt like I couldn't trust the person i was talking with. Smart, patient, and reliable, actually, Tim gives his customer an impression that he is not just the salesman but more importantly an Ambassador of Honda. Tim focuses not only on earning the business as any salesman, but also higher on winning customer’s satisfaction and trust. He cares for his customer really happy or not about the purchase. He checks after the sale whether everything goes well with my new car (insurance, registration, inspection, remote starter installment, etc.). He promises his customer satisfaction on the sale and he DID. His hard working attitude can remove your concerns and worries in the purchase process. Pressure is something I hate in any purchasing. Tim is never pushing, but always helping. While I decided at first visit in a short time to buy the car from him. For I believe Tim is the right one who can take good care of everything in the process and best match my expectation of the new car.
