My concerns, and the reason why I am not giving 5 stars: I was subject to what I call "upselling" - for air filters I had purchased on my last visit. If you are going to try to sell me more service than I schedule, as least check my car history. Also, no snacks, no vending ... the VW dealer gives us free chips and popcorn in the waiting room.
