Would Not Recommend I recently turned in my lease and purchased a used car from there. The salesman that I dealt with was unprofessional, walked away from our sale multi I recently turned in my lease and purchased a used car from there. The salesman that I dealt with was unprofessional, walked away from our sale multiple times to take care of other customers, left us sitting at his desk for long stretches of time, did not know much about the car that I was interested in, tried to get me into another lease for a completely different car, gave my husband keys to a completely different vehicle that was not ours, and completely mislead us in the final deal of our purchase. It is now 2 months later and I am suffering the reprocussions. If I could go back and just return the car to wipe my hands clean of this place I would! I wanted to give my business back to a store that had treated me so well before, but now I have been completely taken advantage of and would strongly deter anyone from considering purchasing a vehicle here! More

One my way to pick up a pizza, and hit a huge pothole. Check and see I damaged my left front tire. Called over to Boch and got Garrett on the phone. Garrett reminded that I had a tire warranty I had forgotten about, and was not only able to replace the tires, but get them replaced under warranty. Unless I worked at a garage, or had one of my own, I will also go to Boch Westford. Garrett was way above par. A master of customer service. More
