My husband and I have never owned an SUV or crossover before, and Chris was very knowledgeable not just about the CR-V we came to drive, but about the Honda brand and features in general, and how they stacked up against other brands. Chris made getting to the right price for monthly payments an easy conversation, and we enjoyed working with Bob Signori, the finance director, to close the deal. We had a great experience and look forward to working with Chris, Bob, and team for the duration of our lease, and very likely for our future vehicles. More

Dealership is close to where I live and having the service center open on weekends is really ideal for me. The salesperson I worked with was really nice as are the service people. Although most of the service people are nice they recently tried to rip off my wife. She had a flat rear tire in her 2007 Accord. I brought the car in to the service department take a look at the tire and plug the tire if necessary. They came back saying there were two nails in the tire . One of the holes they could plug the other was too close to the sidewall so they couldn't plug it and they recommended a new tire. Two choices...one tire cost $150 and the other one cost $180. I asked them to put on the $150 tire but they put on the more expensive one as they only had that one but only charged me for lower cost tire. Two weeks later the same right rear tire was flat. My wife brought the car on and they told her the same story they gave me but a new tire would cost $270...something like that! She said No and they put the spare on. We brought the car to the local large and they examined the tire, plugged it and no charge! Two weeks later the tire has not lost any air and is fine. Now I wonder if that first tire was truly unfixable? The other issue is that since I bought my 2015 Accord Sport I have had continuous issues with the blue tooth and pairing with my I phone. Every time I bring it in they can't find anything wrong with it and as I drive away...bingo the blue tooth/phone paring doesn't work. Also the rear seat release stopped working and their fix was to push the seat down with my snow brush after releasing the pull lever....kinda Micky Mouse in my opinion. Last comment was at 39,000 miles I noticed a hole in the drivers floor mat. They told me that it was past warranty and that was normal wear and tear! 3000 highway miles past and no help. A replacement set would only cost me $490 or so dollars at the dealership. More
