Overall all my experience was good but you know there is always a room for improvement. Couple of things i want to share as per my experience 1. How can your trust people like this? I expected better from the Boch dealership than the standard used car salesperson stereotype but I was sorely disappointed. The refusal to honor the price I was provided via TrueCar (they slipped in an extra $3k) and the tired old "let me ask my manager" back-and-forth silliness combined with a refusal to accept my USAA financing made this a terrible car shopping experience. I do no think the people I encountered today are honorable or trustworthy. Fortunately, there are plenty of other places to buy a car. More
