I first went in setting my sights on a Nissan Sentra but came out with a Honda Accord, and I'm so glad with the decision Alston has helped me make. He helped me walk through the process of finding the right car as well as working with me to figure out what can work for me financially. Since I came from Boston he went out of his way to meet with me at a convenient area so I wouldn't take the 1 hour trip to Westwood. Along with his help and the Director Bob Signori, I felt less anxious with the entire process. He's extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had asked him. I would recommend him to anyone as I have done so with my sister who is looking forward to buying a Honda for herself in the future. Salesperson is outstanding /Management is subpar Our salesperson Steve Darling went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable with her first lease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire progress. When it came to the test drive he again explained in detail every feature of the Honda Civic she was interested in. Unfortunately the management was not as interested in leasing/selling a car. The manager was unfriendly and very uncooperative! We were able to drive 15 miles down the road to Commonwealth Motors and get the deal that Boch Honda would not even consider. We appreciated the time and effort Steve Darling put into our two visits to the dealership unfortunately it will be difficult to make a sale with Steve if management is so uncooperative. More
