I was not informed the base model did not come with a remote starter. I have m.s. and it is hard for me to breathe without a.c. my old Toyota had a remote starter. I was not happy with the new car smell it was giving me headaches. I was never told that once the car was registered it was mine to drive and there was no take backs for dissatisfied customers. I was very dissatisfied. I was not happy with the purchase of my new car and when I tried to bring it back before 7days I was told the only thing they could do was something for the smell. Just okay Express lube and filter took 1:50....my expectation was 1/2 hour to 45 minutes with an appointment. Invoice had to be disputed as rate did match what Express lube and filter took 1:50....my expectation was 1/2 hour to 45 minutes with an appointment. Invoice had to be disputed as rate did match what was online. Charged was reduced however. Also extra non-stated fees were applied including waste disposal and credit card fee. More
