My credit is not the best, so I knew getting the right car at a payment I could afford would be a challenge. Although I came in on a different car, Chris Driscoll and his manager Jim Kemos suggested a Lexus Is 250 that not only fit my budget, but had way more features (awd and heated/cooled seats😆) then I thought I could afford. Bob Signori, the finance director, really went to bat for me with the banks to get me an affordable payment. Kirk Derderian handled the paperwork for me and was super quick. Thanks to Bob and Kirk, I was even able to get a warranty for my new car! From the moment I walked into the door, I was treated with respect and my needs and wants were listened to. Instead of being treated like a" customer," I was treated like a client. The difference is that Chris and everyone else I dealt with were working for me, not just trying to sell me something (i.E. stuff me into a car I didn't want, use a hard sell approach). Chris and the entire dealership wanted to find me the right car at the right price. He even told me there is no such thing as a good deal on the wrong car. I am over the moon with my new car. If you want to be treated properly and have a great experience buying a car, go see Chris. Quite frankly, I had such a great experience I am going to tell everyone I know. You are nuts if you buy a car anywhere else! More

Great experience. Chris Driscoll, our salesman, was easy-going, very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. When I brought my old car Chris Driscoll, our salesman, was easy-going, very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. When I brought my old car in, as I was picking up my new car, I thought I had taken all my personal items out of the car. After I had arrived home, I discovered I had indeed left a few things in it. Upon my return, Tim (not sure of his position... service, I think) very kindly helped me in my search. He accompanied me to the car out on the lot, and we discovered that Chris had already gathered the items in a secure place, waiting for me. All was well, thanks to the both of them. I would highly recommend Boch Honda West to anyone in need of a new car. More
