We negotiated a deal that involved my trade, adding accessories, and an extended warranty over the phone on a Sunday! Later that week, I drove 650 miles from Cleveland, Ohio to meet Tim at the dealership to complete the deal. At the dealership, I was provided the same superior service in my interactions with Greg in parts and Kirk in finance. After I signed all the paperwork, Tim McLean drove me to the airport and I was able to get on an earlier flight which allowed me to have dinner with my family. In two weeks, my family and I will be picked up at the airport by Tim McLean and we'll drive our new car with accessories and Ohio plates to a wedding in CT before heading home to Ohio. This was the best car purchase experience I've had and I have every reason to believe that Boch Honda West will receive their 3rd President's Award in a row. Streamlined Professional Respectful I had issues with my car that were not able to be resolved due to my allergies. I stopped into Boch Honda (where I always get my car maintained). I explained the problem and that I had to get into another car as soon as possible. I spoke with the Service Manager, Scott Turner. I explained the problem I had and he introduced me to Amy Parent, Saleswoman. She was very helpful, and very understanding of my allergy problems, and quickly we aligned on what my needs were for my new car. She brought several cars to my attention, we test drove my new Honda Accord. I was able to work the financing with little effort, and then picked up my car the next night.
