Extremely rude salesman We were looking to purchase a new/ pre owned car. The sales person Anthony was extremely rude. He kept saying things like "if you looked up this online why are you making me print out stuff for you", "you just want to save the buck" We mentioned we were expecting Acura to be more smooth and the dude was like "if you want a smooth car buy a BMW" When we're going for a test drive, I told him he could sit in the front seat and he sarcastically said "anyway you look very excited" The whole experience was ridiculous, I couldn't wait to come out of there. We were supposed to test drive a CRV but we just skipped it, will never visit this place again. More

Based on what I had shared, he guided me to the model of car he thought would be best and then found the perfect car for me on the lot. Tim is very experienced and professional. He was not pushy or ever in a hurry and answered all of my questions, even though it meant working quite late. The finance manager, Rebekah, was also wonderful and spent a lot of time with me making sure to explain everything carefully as I signed the required paperwork. Excellent!!! I was looking to replace my 10 year old minivan with a smaller car and knew I liked the CR-V. My husband and I visited a different Honda dealer, closer to our home and even took the 2017 CR-V on a test-drive. We felt that the sales person there (at the other dealership) was not connecting with us and we were not getting the level of service we were hoping for. We left there and never returned. I am so glad we decided to check out Boch Honda West! What a difference! The dealership itself is clean and pleasant, they are very well set-up and the sales person Zach Johnston was fantastic! We got all our questions answered in a professional and friendly manner and we felt very happy to give them our business. The trade-in of my minivan and the entire purchase experience went smoothly.
