Excellent Experience at Boch Honda West Mark Foley (sales) was very patient, low key, thorough, and informative. We really appreciated his style and demeanor. Chris Driscoll (manager) wa Mark Foley (sales) was very patient, low key, thorough, and informative. We really appreciated his style and demeanor. Chris Driscoll (manager) was funny and calm and patient with us, despite the fact that he obviously had a lot going. We were thankful that Chris got Mark to help work with us. The woman we worked with in the finance department was also very pleasant to work with. More

Zach was knowledgeable and steered me towards a purchase. As in any car purchase, there is a high-pressure sales manager to help negotiate. That person was not as nice as Zach, but I ended up buying a car with everything I wanted. Price was higher than I hoped for, slightly higher than market value but not ridiculous. More

We had to negotiate on the price of the new car with one of the managers and this is never a particularly fun process regardless of dealership, but in the end we felt that we got a fair deal and are extremely happy with the car we drove home. The person I bought the car from was Tim McLean and he was extremely helpful and felt like I was part of the family. They were not pushy as some places can be and very professional and friendly. Tim made me feel at ease right away and really worked hard with me to get a good price and car that I wanted. I would definitely refer a friend to Tim and the Boch dealership. Thank you so much Time and Boch you really were great to deal with. It's a beautiful dealership with state of the art service. More

They l Went in today, hoping to get financing. It honestly expecting to be turned away. Instead the incredible team at Boch Honda West made it happen. They listened to me and nailed it with an offering of cars that suited my needs and matched my minimal budget. I of course fell in love with the first civic I test drove and then on to the paperwork! Steve was an amazing salesman, I never felt like he was trying to oversell me, he truly listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered. Bob in finance was incredible, negotiating interest rates and making sure that I was going to be able to get that car. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership and the team that helped me today. I am for sure going back to this dealer any time I get a new car. More
Very pleased As a single woman, the process of purchasing a vehicle can prove to be arduous and the sales people can be condescending and basically rude. However, As a single woman, the process of purchasing a vehicle can prove to be arduous and the sales people can be condescending and basically rude. However, at Boch Honda West, I had the good fortune of having Richard Petroff as my salesperson. He was not pushy which I found refreshing and he appeared to listen to what I was looking for. This dealership is in no hurry to strike a bargain with their customers and will not call you back once you've walked out the door. I had to call them back to look at a second vehicle and ultimately walked out with a reasonably priced vehicle. More
Colossal Waste of time Boch Honda West has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Coming here was a complete waste of time and I could not recom Boch Honda West has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Coming here was a complete waste of time and I could not recommend that shoppers go elsewhere ENOUGH. My husband is currently in the market for a new, small car, and on a Friday evening, we walked in to test drive a Honda Civic and a Honda Fit. We explained to the salesperson, Rick, that it wasn't our intention that day to buy a car, but to see which model my husband would prefer to own. Being a salesperson, he wasn't particularly enthused with the idea of spending time with us knowing it wouldn't lead to a sale for him, and boy did it reflect on his manners. I get that. He made no effort at small talk and was very brisk in getting our details. He took us on a short route around Westford to see how my husband would like the cars, and after that, had us wait around at the dealership some more so that his manager, Chris Driscoll, could try and convince us to buy a car. We politely told him that we were not interested in buying a car that day, and we went on our way. That weekend, we did some research and found a couple of different Civics that were competitively priced and located at Boch. We set up an appointment to come in on Tuesday at 6:45pm. We came in that day at around 6:30pm, and we were not seen until 7:30pm. This in itself was already frustrating enough; we walked in Friday and were immediately seen that day. If they were so busy and couldn't commit to the time, we would have preferred they had us reschedule so we did not need to waste our time waiting around. Is this supposed to be a sales tactic? Because honestly, it makes me want to walk out and do literally anything else, and NOT buy your car lol. Anyway, we were seen by Zach, who was very friendly, especially compared to Rick from the week before lol. He was personable and easy to talk to, and respected that we wanted to compare a few of the different Civics and also test drive our top 2, even though they closed at 8pm. We took a longer route around Westford to get a feel for the cars, which I appreciated. My husband decided on one of them, and we sat down with Chris Driscoll again to talk about paying for the car. Chris made no indication that he recognized us from a few days prior, and there were no smiles from this point on. The site that we'd found the low price for was TrueCar, and Chris was telling us that due to the "world created by TrueCar", the only way for them to sell the car to us for that price was for us to pay in full that exact same day. Didn't make a whole lot of sense when TrueCar stated that the price was good for the next 2 weeks from when we had the price checked, which was that day. We wanted to go through our bank to finance the car and we'd already spoken with them, but Chris was pushing really hard to have us finance a loan with them instead, that they were our bank's partners so there'd be no difference, and even brought over their business manager Rebecca Martinez to talk to us about it. He introduced her with "she's not here just to look pretty" as well, which was gross, and even she herself forced an uncomfortable laugh at that. We weren't interested because they were making us fill out additional paperwork to have my husband's credit checked, and just preferred to have the loan through our bank. We went around in circles, came to an impasse, and they said if we wanted the purchase and sales agreement from them to take to our bank, we could only do that if we came back the next day. We confirmed with them that Zach would be around the next day at 9am. It's 9:30pm by the time we leave the dealership Tuesday night; we headed straight there to make our appointment after work, and none of us had even had dinner. We were super stressed out, because in order for us to arrive at 9am the next day, we both needed to take time off of work. Wednesday morning, instead of working, we make our way over to the dealership for the purchase and sales agreement. Zach and Chris are NOWHERE to be found. Instead, we speak to Tom Pare, who has absolutely no interest in even pretending to want our business. He is hostile from the start, doesn't introduce himself, and says that they've increased the price of the car. We told him that we checked the price that morning, and we even have e-mail proof that it hasn't budged, and he interrupts us again to say that as a dealer, he was increasing the price for us. We leave extremely upset, as everything we had been through up to this point was for absolutely NOTHING. A few hours later, my husband gets a call from Zach apologizing for last night and this morning, asking for us to call them back. If Boch was interested in selling the car to us, it sure didn't seem like it. Wow. We would rather pay more to buy a car from literally anywhere else than to deal with these clowns again. Time is just way more valuable than that. Learn from our terrible experience and go somewhere else. More
