Great experience buying a new vehicle from Mike N., very knowledgeable and friendly. Also everyone else I encountered from Sales, to Service, to Finance were all very helpful and friendly....even one guy i knowledgeable and friendly. I was not informed the base model did not come with a remote starter. I have m.s. and it is hard for me to breathe without a.c. my old Toyota had a remote starter. I was not happy with the new car smell remote starter. I have m.s. and it is hard for me to breathe without a.c. my old Toyota had a remote starter. I was not happy with the new car smell it was giving me headaches. I was never told that once the car was registered it was mine to drive and there was no take backs for dissatisfied customers. I was very dissatisfied. I was not happy with the purchase of my new car and when I tried to bring it back before 7days I was told the only thing they could do was something for the smell. I was not satisfied with my experience. More
