I took my Honda CRV into the dealership where I purchased the car yesterday for an oil change waited for over an hour but that’s understandable The dealership is 40 minutes from my home I was on the highway the car yesterday for an oil change waited for over an hour but that’s understandable The dealership is 40 minutes from my home I was on the highway and all of a sudden my car started making a horrible noise I had to pull over in a very unsafe area called AAA I thought my tire had blown out but the dealership had screwed up my oil change I still have one free oil change left that came with the purchase of my certified vehicle They can keep it worst experience of my life with the car I was crying on the side of the highway because I couldn’t even pull over to a safe place they really didn’t care My sales person was supposed to have entered the coupon for the free oil changes that they promised me which she had not she’s a real piece of work More

I have been a loyal customer of Boch Honda for 15 years. Not only do I feel I get great deals on my cars, but of the 12 of the 15 years I kept coming back is mostly because of service technician John McDerm Not only do I feel I get great deals on my cars, but of the 12 of the 15 years I kept coming back is mostly because of service technician John McDermott. The confidence I have in his expertise coupled with his professionalism and courteous manner makes for a good outcome always. Horrible Customer Service I have never been so unhappy with service at a Honda dealership. Super rude and unhelpful. Was quoted 90 mins for a tire change and a mirror fix and h I have never been so unhappy with service at a Honda dealership. Super rude and unhelpful. Was quoted 90 mins for a tire change and a mirror fix and have been here for 3 hours . I will never come back and their staff needs to revisit how to treat customers. No respect horrible experience... wasted my day and are continuing to do so. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO!!!!! More

A Great Experience - Again I came in last month to have an airbag replaced and really appreciated the speed and quality of the service. Services requested not attended Last time I was there, I specifically requested some services and the attendant did not performed. It was late in the day, I left and noticed that the Last time I was there, I specifically requested some services and the attendant did not performed. It was late in the day, I left and noticed that the service I have requested was not done but one. I Think that attendant interests was not in my needs but in selling services I did not want at that time. Perhaps, that was the reason it drove him to forget of my requests. I went back for another service after long 2 and 1/2 hour driving through evening traffic to find out the Service Center closed. No, I did not took time to call ahead. Inside the Sales department took awhile for someone to notice me and to come in my direction to ask if I needed help. I feel like everybody there at the Sales Showroom are within a cloud space that my presence is unimportant to them. I do not know what is. More
