Dropped Car for Service Picked up with Dead Battery After getting the car serviced, I picked it up to find a dead battery. The service staff didn't even notice the corrosion on the battery when working After getting the car serviced, I picked it up to find a dead battery. The service staff didn't even notice the corrosion on the battery when working on my engine. Rather than waiting to get it replaced, I went to a more reasonably priced service center and had them replace the battery after getting a jump from service center staff. I will not be returning to Boch Honda. More

Bad Experience I have a 2017 Honda HR-V. I have a squeaky belt and wrote that into the notes field when I made the appt online. I drove the 30 miles to Boch and afte I have a 2017 Honda HR-V. I have a squeaky belt and wrote that into the notes field when I made the appt online. I drove the 30 miles to Boch and after checking in was told 30 minutes later they did not have the belt in stock. Then they tried to up sell me for an air filter and tire rotation. I had rotated my tires 2,000 miles ago. Very disappointing. More

The car looked beautiful and was very clean but the first few weeks I drove it I found some issues I wished the salesperson would have pointed out. It might have influenced whether I would have bought the car or not. A couple of the speakers don't work and one of the back doors do not unlock when I unlock all the doors by touching the outside driver door handle. It makes we worry they weren't truthful about other things and just wanted my money, More

I was given a printout at the dealership showing the price I could lease a car for. I confirmed with them multiple times over the phone and text the next day if the car is still available to which they said Yes. I took a day off from the next day and drove to their location with my trade in. They went back on their word and quoted a higher lease amount. We walked out 2 mins later because the sales manager Juldeh who sold us the BS deal wouldn't listen to us and said this is the best deal we can give. Always heard and read about the unethical practices of car dealers - experienced it myself today. More

My salesman was outstanding but the manager was rude I signed papers for 11 miles when I went picked up the car it had 203 miles.
