Honda Civic Maintenance Was actually pleasantly greeted as I got out of my car. Got signed in quickly. Was advised of the status shortly thereafter. CRV 2018 My experience with Kevin was excellent. However, the vehicle had dent which I didn't initial notice. I called the same day I received the vehicle. My experience with Kevin was excellent. The response time to my issue was delayed due to the team having a day off which isn't a problem. However, when a customer is unhappy or has an issue the response time is imperative. I was very unhappy with the level of customer service . In the end the staff resolved the issue and made it right. Overall, I'm happy with purchase but, from a customer service standpoint Toyota is leaps and bounds better than Honda. More
