Once again I was given a $700 quote I brought my car in for a free oil change because of the poor service I received during my last visit, and as has become the custom, I was handed a qu I brought my car in for a free oil change because of the poor service I received during my last visit, and as has become the custom, I was handed a quote for over $700 for work that I was told "needed" to be done. On my inspection report, my brakes were rated fair, when the last time I came in I was told they were "metal on metal", so somehow they improved all on their own! I had just had them done elsewhere prior to my previous visit, so I knew they were fine to begin with. Also, I wanted my compass to stop flashing, and that was supposed to have been fixed the last time I brought the car in. This time I was told it would be a $132 charge to fix it, even though it was not properly fixed the last time! Other experiences have been detailed with Adele Varella, who offered me the free oil change. I appreciate her efforts, but I will not purchase a car, nor have my car serviced at Boch Honda again. More
Mixture of being happy/unhappy Time is hard on ever one MY REVIEW! we came in for the usual simple stuff, my Husband who is retired living on his SS being a valued Customer for years ,and still is was told MY REVIEW! we came in for the usual simple stuff, my Husband who is retired living on his SS being a valued Customer for years ,and still is was told by the very courteous Service Consultant that we need 4 New Tires, which we decline to until further in the year. When we got our Invoice No. 191307 my husband went into a spin the Labour of $256.71 floored him especially when he looked at the rest of cost.. Had we taken the Tires he might have had a stroke, all he is thinking of is finding somewhere else where he does not feel uncomfortable when a bill is presented to him. The $10 discount did not make a difference at all. I am not bashing your Company as I said it gives good Service, but for now I do not know if my husband will continue with Both Honda . Would you take a look at INVOICE 191307 . His dispute is the amount for Labour>$256,.71 , if the Tires was changed we would have to leave the Car and take a bus home. Thank you More

Of course we never saw one, but it was great father and son time together. Bring it back! Honda’s Mistake, Customer Still Pays I booked this service online and selected a $10 off coupon with it that said “$10 off any service” - no where was there any fine print, detailing the I booked this service online and selected a $10 off coupon with it that said “$10 off any service” - no where was there any fine print, detailing the terms of this coupon. Upon checkout, when I asked about getting the $10 off my tire rotation, I was told that I couldn’t use the coupon because the tire rotation was “already at a discounted price.” However, it did not say that anywhere online either when I booked the service. From a customer service point of view, it would have been the right thing to do for the service technician to have honored the coupon since it was Honda’s mistake of not providing any fine print about the coupon or that the tire rotation was “already discounted.” (Plus it was right before Christmas, so even in the holiday spirit it would have been kind of them to do that). I love Honda and I love my CR-V but what keeps me coming back to the same dealership is the customer service. I won’t be coming back to this Honda location again. More
