Purchase I bought 2 vehicles from Boch. Upon delivery to Connecticut I was unable to fully inspect both cars due to a storm that swept through the area, the ra I bought 2 vehicles from Boch. Upon delivery to Connecticut I was unable to fully inspect both cars due to a storm that swept through the area, the rain was so heavy it made it impossible to see the cars in a regular setting. A day later when I mentioned the issues (dye on passenger leather seat, clear finish in one area worn off on paint probably due to bird poop sitting on the paint for too long, a giant gouge which had not been there when we originally looked at the vehicle* in the black window trim) with the vehicles I was told that the “wear and tear” issues would have to be dealt with back in Massachusetts versus a dealer down here. Mind you the “wear and tear” was on brand new vehicles!! More
