Excellent service BUT, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y……………. S—L—O—W!!!!!! 3 Hour wait for an oil change! I was also told I would receive a $165.00 future service credit due to previous repair for tail gate S—L—O—W!!!!!! 3 Hour wait for an oil change! I was also told I would receive a $165.00 future service credit due to previous repair for tail gate rattling that was unsuccessful BUT, I did not receive any confirmation on that, other than the service advisor’s word, SO who knows?!?!? More
