Sales, service quality, customer service Really enjoyed working with Dennis. He was very professional and very helpful. I’m rather disappointed in the dealership overall. I bought the 2006 Really enjoyed working with Dennis. He was very professional and very helpful. I’m rather disappointed in the dealership overall. I bought the 2006 Honda Accord and the very next day the car wouldn’t start. It was very apparent to me that something wasn’t right. If someone untrained like me can pick up on this, why couldn’t trained mechanics at the dealership pick up on this to begin with? It makes me wonder if this issue, which turned out to be a bad starter, was ignored on purpose. If this is the case, I wonder what else was ignored during the pre sales inspection of this vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have bought at this dealership. I skipped numerous dealerships that are closer to me than Boch Honda. There was a level of trust that I had, and now I think it’s broken. Being in the customer service and sales business requires a certain level of friendliness. I’ve seen many friendly people at Boch Honda. I’ve also seen some rather unprofessional people during my visits. The lady that I signed paperwork with could use some classes in basic manners. More
