Too much badgering about leaving good reviews My experience was fine. I've leased numerous cars before and I always do the same thing, speak to a few dealerships and iron out everything via email My experience was fine. I've leased numerous cars before and I always do the same thing, speak to a few dealerships and iron out everything via email so I can't just come in and get it done quickly. Things started off well, except that apparently the price I was quoted didn't include tax, which I've never had happen before. And then I was left waiting midway through the process for the finance person for close to 40 minutes. The finance person was actually very efficient so not sure what the deal was. My salesperson was fine but didn't really seem to be listening to me that much and understanding that I knew everything I needed to, I just wanted to get it done and get out. He repeated things and then repeated them again when I picked the car up the next day. The worst, however, was both him and the GM telling me I needed to give all 10s on the Honda survey and give an online review of 5 stars. Want to mention it once, ok, but 5-6 times and then follow up emails about it and phone calls (under the guise of seeing if I had any other questions) - too much! There is such a thing as too much follow up, too. Overall, I got what I needed but the badgering about the reviews/survey is too much. More

Purchase of 2019 CRV EXL Intended to Lease and ended up purchasing. Steve Vaux was my sales person and while he was new he was very helpful. No pressure. Couldn't unfreeze Intended to Lease and ended up purchasing. Steve Vaux was my sales person and while he was new he was very helpful. No pressure. Couldn't unfreeze my Experian account for Finance (NOTE THIS IS THE COMPANY HONDA USES so know your password if your account is frozen so finance can access it). I could have walked but decided to purchase. I was given a generous amount for my Accord and monthly payments are comfortable for me. Initially, Tom Grover, General Sales Manager worked on the finance numbers and was extremely friendly while being professional. In the end, I got the car I wanted at a good price and at no time felt pressured by anyone. Steven and Tom gave me cards and told me to call if I had questions or needed additional help. Steven followed up the next day by email asking if I had any questions or needed further help. Turns out Tom lives in my area so gave me his cell# in the even I needed further help. Above and beyond for both of these people. Thank you Boch for having this quality of people working for you. Received an email from another employee asking about the service, responded the same as above. More
