Overall disappointed If I could give less than one stars I would. First I set up an appointment to look at a car I found online. When I got to the dealership the guy was n If I could give less than one stars I would. First I set up an appointment to look at a car I found online. When I got to the dealership the guy was not there so they handed me off to another salesman. When we looked at the car it was absolutely disgustingly filthy. So gross in fact that the salesman put napkins down on the seat so he could sit down. After driving the car and seeing past the filth I decided I would buy it. The salesman tried to charge me more than the listing price of the car. After negotiating a price we sat for two and a half hours waiting for a financial advisor And we decided that we would come back the next day because it was taking far too long. after returning the next day we learned that nobody touched our paperwork and that they still needed to process it, so we sat for an additional 2 hours waiting for someone to even look at the papers. We waited so long in fact that I ordered food because we were all hungry. There was so much miscommunication, lack of consistency, and poor management. The only upside to all of this was the fact that the car was such a good deal. More

A year later when I want a sales tax form ST-7R from them in order to register my car in Massachusetts, I feel like I got completely stonewalled (my car was originally registered in RI since I was an RI resident at that time). Saleslady Inna Tverskaya completely ignored my emails. Phone calls to Boch Honda were constantly redirected to finance department who would not pick up the call ever.
