Process long and awful when it comes to followup My husband and I bought a crv last Friday and the whole process was tedious. Ok we were fine with that. By the time it came to finance, there were only two people in finance team and both had customers. This was at 9pm. Dennis our sales guy who was great at the time, but never followed up with us even though he said he would, said the customers will need another 30 mins or so and then it will take us an hour. We left because we had a newborn with us. So we came back sat, every thing went smoothly. Dennis said he would reach out to us either email or phone about letting us know when we can do our state inspection sticker. He never reached out. I had also called the manager and left him a voicemail. He never called back .I called Tues, wed, Thurs and Fri. Finally a receptionist Jasmine helped me on Friday. Thank God! I am so disappointed because I have always driven Toyota and gone next door for all my vehicles. Not coming back here again and would not recommend. More
Overall disappointed If I could give less than one stars I would. First I set up an appointment to look at a car I found online. When I got to the dealership the guy was not there so they handed me off to another salesman. When we looked at the car it was absolutely disgustingly filthy. So gross in fact that the salesman put napkins down on the seat so he could sit down. After driving the car and seeing past the filth I decided I would buy it. The salesman tried to charge me more than the listing price of the car. After negotiating a price we sat for two and a half hours waiting for a financial advisor And we decided that we would come back the next day because it was taking far too long. after returning the next day we learned that nobody touched our paperwork and that they still needed to process it, so we sat for an additional 2 hours waiting for someone to even look at the papers. We waited so long in fact that I ordered food because we were all hungry. There was so much miscommunication, lack of consistency, and poor management. The only upside to all of this was the fact that the car was such a good deal. More

I just walk in with my mom getting her oil change. A year later when I want a sales tax form ST-7R from them in order to register my car in Massachusetts, I feel like I got completely stonewalled (my car was originally registered in RI since I was an RI resident at that time). Saleslady Inna Tverskaya completely ignored my emails. Phone calls to Boch Honda were constantly redirected to finance department who would not pick up the call ever. And they never called back despite several voicemail messages More
