Buyer Beware with this dealership! I sincerely hope that whoever reads this review takes it to heart when considering where to do business. I'm not writing this because I'm angry, but b I sincerely hope that whoever reads this review takes it to heart when considering where to do business. I'm not writing this because I'm angry, but because I think potential customers need to know what happened to me when making an informed choice. Here are the problems I encountered. I was pressured to sign over the title to my trade-in even though the dealership would not release the new car to me, and even though I still needed to drive my car since I could not pick up my new car as promised. I was told that even if I signed the title over to the dealer, the car was still mine and I still owned it. It was also not disclosed to me that the moment I sign the title to the dealer, the clock starts on the 7 day grace period for transferring registration -- even though they were not releasing the new car that day. I refused to sign over my title, and they relented only after I began to pack up and leave. They also listed my delivery date on the contract as two days prior to the actual delivery date of the car. The dealership then failed to transfer registration to my new car within the 7 day grace period, as they had promised to do (and the state requires). No one offered any reasonable explanation why something that takes barely an hour wasn't done until 10 days after the car was delivered, and 12 days after the car was purchased. It was only after many calls, much fighting, and appeals to the GM, Sales Manager, and my salesman, that they finally transferred registration to my new car -- 10 days after receiving the car. Also, just FYI, if they don't want to talk to you, expect to be on indefinite hold that usually lasts about 10 minutes. And the only copy of that registration I received was a photocopy from the personal email of the sales associate. I have still received nothing from the dealership itself. Because the grace period had expired, I could not legally drive my new, bought and paid for, car for three days. However, I was told by the Sales Manager that it was perfectly legal to drive my car after the grace period ended, and in spite of the fact that the car was unregistered. And the number of apologies I received? 0. The number of attempts to make right what they had done? 0. Compensation for the missed time from work because I could not drive my car due to their mistake? $0. Any compensation or attempt to make it whole at all? None. In fact, everyone I spoke to, emailed, or contacted -- from the sales person to the managers -- was indifferent or just downright mean. Literally no one took responsibility for failing to register my car, and no one at this dealership cared that I had to miss work because I couldn't legally drive my car for three days. Finally, I told my salesman that the bank providing the loan could either overnight a check to me that I would give to the dealer, or provide instructions for a same-day transfer of the money. I live over 60 miles away, and I did not want to make the drive more than once. I was repeatedly assured the same-day transfer was fine. When I showed up -- and after I refused dealer financing -- I was told the same-day transfer was not fine, that I could not pick up the car as promised, and that a bank check was required. I had to come back -- again -- two days later before I could pick up the car. This was not just a bad experience. It was a nightmarish experience. I sincerely doubt this dealership will change its practices given how they chose to handle this situation with me. More

By the time it came to finance, there were only two people in finance team and both had customers. This was at 9pm. Dennis our sales guy who was great at the time, but never followed up with us even though he said he would, said the customers will need another 30 mins or so and then it will take us an hour. We left because we had a newborn with us. So we came back sat, every thing went smoothly. Dennis said he would reach out to us either email or phone about letting us know when we can do our state inspection sticker. He never reached out. I had also called the manager and left him a voicemail. He never called back .I called Tues, wed, Thurs and Fri. Finally a receptionist Jasmine helped me on Friday. Thank God! I am so disappointed because I have always driven Toyota and gone next door for all my vehicles. Not coming back here again and would not recommend. More
