Great communication and attentiveness. He explained the options to us with no sales pressure. He is very knowledgeable and spoke to my son as the customer, which he appreciated. We ended up buying a different car than what we came for as it was a better fit and a better deal. We also interacted with Mark, his manager, and he was great. The car came with one key and they promised to deliver another key for free. There were also some scratches on the side of the car and they promised to fix them. When it was time to pick up the car, it was easy and they delivered on all of what they promised. Great experience and highly recommended. More

We did not expect to purchase a car the day we came in but saw one on the floor we liked and decided to take a closer look. Our salesperson was Melonie and she was curtious, informative, patient and did not talk down to us no matter how many questions we asked. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had. Besides Melonie who was fantastic, every one we dealt with went out of thier way to insure we were comfortable and being cared for even before we decided to purchase. I would definitely incourage anyone looking for a vehical to give them a try. More

My experience could have been better with regards to communication and professionalism. Sean was the associate who sold me the car and his communication skills were sub par and flat out rood and disresp communication and professionalism. Sean was the associate who sold me the car and his communication skills were sub par and flat out rood and disrespectful at one point. When the sale was going through, communication was acceptable but then after the associate got his sales commission the communication went sharply downhill...hmmmm. The associate was short with me and even hung up the phone on me when I was asking questions about the registration process after the sale. It felt like I was talking to someone else. I called back and he said, "Oh I thought you were done asking questions?" So yeah, let's be rood and full of crap. I spoke to the manager about what happened and he backed up the associate saying he was at the doctors office with his son. Huh? If that was true, why didn't the associate say that in the first place? I suppose I'm just another dummy customer. I had to go back a second time because the car did not have the spare tire, owners manual and extra set of keys. The manager was good about getting me these missing items and offered to fill up my tank with gas. How nice! So, after he gets me the missing things he goes to send me on my way and I had to ask about getting the gas he promised me for the inconvenience. It was raining that day and he begrudgingly said, "I'll get someone else to do it, I'm not doing it." Wow. Thanks for offering and then giving me an attitude for following through. I won't be going back to Boch Honda based on this experience. More
