The sales Manager and the salesman was extremely good. Because of in term of the finance manager is sucks, unprofessional and this guy name Todd seems to me doesn't know what his doing in the finance dept. Rich is a wheeler dealer then unhelpful after the sale - j O'neill made promises he could not fulfill and Brian Downey should not be General Manager, ignores the issues will not take phone calls or respond to emails. Bad customer service I am returning customer at Boch Honda, Norwood. I bought my 2 previous Honda Accord’s here with the help of Mike Barak who was the sales person then I am returning customer at Boch Honda, Norwood. I bought my 2 previous Honda Accord’s here with the help of Mike Barak who was the sales person then who was very helpful and friendly. This time in September of 2019 when I approached the dealership to buy another Accord I was helped by sales person Jennifer Montrond. She was never available to answer the phone, her response time to text messages was 24-48 hrs. I was wondering sometimes if she was on a payroll or just volunteer. They were very pushy with sales of additional coverage for the car which made me very uncomfortable. They promise to give you the best APR on the market (even though I offered to pay full price) and ended with the highest. My problems began when I came to pick up the car and asked for the second key to the car. Jennifer asked me to wait a couple minutes while she would get the key. After couple minutes she came back and said she could not locate it and at that time she promised they would contact previous owner to locate the key or talk to the manager to get a new one. After three weeks of waiting I received a message from Jennifer that the used car manager refused to make a new key because it was not part of the deal. I could not understand what deal they talking about when it was nowhere pointed that car had only one key, not on the website or during sale negotiation. I do not think nobody knew not Jennifer or manager of used cars that car had one key. This why last Sunday October 13, 2019 I stopped by dealership to talk to the used car manager (I think his name was Bob) about key issue. I was waiting for him for over 40 minutes, personnel from front desk went to check on him twice but the manager never showed up. I never felt being so disrespectful in my life. This why I decided to go to small court and let judge decide. More
Amazing Customer Service and No Pressure I was fortunate to get to work with Dennis Young, who was not only super knowledgeable about the different models of the Passport and their many featu I was fortunate to get to work with Dennis Young, who was not only super knowledgeable about the different models of the Passport and their many features and options, he was also incredibly patient and kind. There was no pressure whatsoever and he answered all of my questions and spent hours with me making sure I was comfortable with the car, even after I bought it. He even went out of his way to pick me up when the car was ready to bring me to the dealership so I wouldn't have to find a ride. When I arrived to pick up the car, he had already preset my music and spent even more time making sure I understood everything about the car before I left. He was very patient in helping me learn ApplePlay and reviewing (again!) the other features I wasn't familiar with. He is a really good listener and it was fun spending the day shopping with him! Would definitely go back to Boch and Dennis again and have already sent friends. I also had a great experience during the week before I went into the dealership e-mailing with Dawn DeMarzo, who was the internet liason. She quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions and she and Dennis both made me feel like they were trying to find all of the incentives and offers available to make the Passport more affordable. This is the first Honda I have owned, but the quality of service (along with the great new Passport style and features) helped convince me to try a Honda over the competitor's model that I was leaning toward before stopping at Boch. She handle the sale of my vehicle in the most professional way. She is a great Client Advisor for your dealership as well as the General Sales Manger Mr Tom Grover. Who made me feel right at home and very comfortable with this sale. You are very lucky to have him and your dealership They handle everything from test drive, price and all the paperwork with ease for me. In one afternoon I did all this and pick up my new car the next afternoon. The financial adviser was excellent going over all the paperwork also. I give this team a A+ More
Awful experience After looking at the car, we started off with the internet quote and college grad incentive. There isn't much discussion around final sale price (as it is based on internet quote), but the monthly estimates are pretty high and he told its because of random APR (7%). Then started the weird part when the sales manager (guy with blue shirt) pitched in. When it comes to financing options he kept telling the only option is to go with Honda finance and they can't work with other banks(?). When we asked for APRs offered by Honda, he said that he need to run the credit application that requires a mandatory deposit(?). We filled the credit application and provided credit card for the deposit. They left with application/card. Roughly with in 10 seconds(not even a minute), manager came back and kept telling that college grad incentives are only eligible for 5.99% APR or no deal(?). We jumped up and down and told them not to run the credit application, but they never returned the credit application yelling at us about some federal rules. This place is definitely a scam. I would never recommend this place. More
