Amine is very knowledgeable about the product and and was able to give me the pros and cons of the two cars I was looking at. I had to wait very long, about an hour, to meet with the financing associate. The finance associate was very high pressure and basically would not take no for answer on the extended warranty. I felt like that since the car was certified the extended warranty was not needed, but he was not going to let me leave unless I purchased the warranty. I ended up getting the warranty at a reduced price but wished there was not so much pressure applied. I must have said no 5 times. Maybe it will pay off if something major breaks. More
