May I just say that BOCH HONDA WAS THE WORST>>> He decided to go there to compare prices with what we had been offered so far (included my trade).. The sales people first came out with an offer that was $8000 which was more than 2 other smaller dealers we had been to. Then my husband said fine..thank you for their time..yada yada.. and asked for the keys back for my trade (they had them to look at trade in value).. then they persisted in what was wrong with that price.. no other dealer can beat that.. My husband told them how he had a dealer who had a price that was less than half.. (PETERS HONDA-NASHUA) and Boch said that dealer is nothing.. they are pee ons.. they cant match us we are the biggest dealer around.. My husband again asked for his keys again.. they then brought Jow Blow the sales mgr over to say they would match Peters price.... My husband again instead he get his keys back NOW... Finally after making a scene my husband got his keys, as he was leaving the sales mgr actually blocked his car then proceeded to lean in his open window to say he was getting a great deal... two minutes later my husband gets a call ..he hadn't even made it to route 1 yet... come on back.. deals all set.. great deal..yada yada.. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE BOUGHT FROM PETERS HONDA NASHUA (the pee ons as they were referred to by BOCH).. Also I hear BOCH is building a new honda dealership in my hometown of Westford.. WELL I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE (ALL MY NEIGHBORS>>FELLOW TOWNIES) HOW MUCH THEY SUCK>> More
When I walked into the dealership, bells were ringing, and everyone was going crazy because they had sold a car. I thought this a bit foolish, but I was greeted by a pleasant young man by the name of John and everyone was going crazy because they had sold a car. He walked me through the numbers in purchasing my new '09 Accord V6 EX-L, and was offered the best deal I have come across. I then met with a manager Paul, I felt a little battered and bruised after that, but John assured me that this was just a part of the process. I went into finance and dealt with Desiree, and she was a delight, a breath of fresh air. Everything was straight to the point. I walked out that day with my brand new car. And I haven't been happier since. Thank you Boch Honda! More
a little immature in the negotians part of purchasing, also noticed a dejected attitude when negotiating price. after price agreed on told to come down car would be ready, car was not ready. A very pleasant young gentleman by the name of Andy Watts picked up the phone. He answered all of my questions politely and was very helpful. I wanted an Odyssey and was about to drive in to take a test drive and finalize everything, he not only gave me an aggressive price but also offered to secure the vehilce of my choice and price with a deposit over the phone. Of course I was hesitant at first but he calmly assured that with a small deposit over the phone would save me hours in the showroom. So I did and it actually did save me hours in the showroom and made my experience at the dealership very pleasurable. I would reccomend always securing a vehicle over the phone before you get to the dealership. Not only does it ensure that you get the vehicle of your choice but they had it outside waiting for me to test drive. Also they lock in the price so there is no tough negotiatiing when you get there. I highly reccommend Andy for being patient with me and he is just typically not you average sleezball salesman. He is just a delightful young man to work with and is very honest and later I found out he goes to the same church I do. If he ever want to have a happy buying experiance definitely try to speak wiht Andy before you head down. More
This dealer is a joke. Boosted themself as the largest Honda dealer on planet. But they way they tried to sell me the car make them look really bad to me. The Will never go back to them again. More
I went to buy a car in the newspaper ad and never in my life was told cant buy something that you seen in the newspaper. They told me that the car's were sold, so i went out back and found one of the cars life was told cant buy something that you seen in the newspaper. They told me that the car's were sold, so i went out back and found one of the cars and went back to see the salesmanager and he told me, to bad you cant buy that car, so needless to say i went down the street to Prime Honda in west roxbury to purchase the same car with a real price and with respect. Never will boch see my face again. More
CROOKED DEALER . I repeatedly see their promotions in newspaper on the honda accord cylinder 4 sedan. I went to them 2 times to buy the same car for the price mentioned in the newspaper. Here the fun starts -- I saw the newspaper on sat 8am, called dealer around 9am and verified there are 8 cars left to sell ..Went to dealer at 10am sat and Guess what.. !!! ALL the cars are sold in just 1 hours. It happens 2 times with me but they did gave me an option of buying the SAME car for higher cost.. fraud fraud FRAUD. Boch honda wants you to go to their showroom inperson.. :) SUCH A WASTE OF 2 WEEKENDS. More
I purchased my 03 Accord new from another dealer in 2002. They were ok. However, I have heard so many things about the mighty 'BOCH', I decided to give them a shot. I was fearful that the bigger the company the smaller I would be to them. NOT the CASE! Pleasantly surprised when I called, no appointment required. I was fearful. I got there today, a Saturday at 9:30am, not only was the check in experience unbelievable (I pulled inside and did not have to get out of my car in the rain), the advisor who met me with a smile was just an overall nice guy, Greg. I was floored. Still waiting for the ball to drop, he advised me on the next visit recommendations, provided me with literature to support his suggestions and directed me to the waiting room. Free coffee, muffins, the newspaper, big screen TV... now I wondered why I waited so long. I was out of there in 40 mins and the whole atmosphere was exciting. Everyone appeared so professional. I did not even feel like I was at a car store. I hope the next time will be as good as this. I know no one is perfect, but this was really close. More
Jim Travers was more than helpful. He was very knowledgable about his cars. He was not your typical "pushy" salesmen. Bait & Switch, Andy was more than happy to take my deposit over the phone by any credit card of my choosing. The same Andy required my wife to drive to the dealership to make her deposit.
