I got an internet quote and they were very pishy telling me I had the offer for that day only & that I needed to call and give my credit card number over the phone or would lose the car/deal. Nothing worse than being pushy and trying to pressure someone into a sale of something that is nearly $30K. Once I told them I had a better deal elsewhere they tried to give me incentives to go with them after stating their last offer was the best they would do. The contacting then would not stop and kept trying to "get me in for a test drive" and to help "win me over". Not an honest dealership to deal with. So glad I decided to go elsewhere and purchase the new car. Truly I was a number here and they didn't care about anything else except my sale. The experience was not pleasant at all and would not recommend this dealership. Ultimately went with Herb Chambers of Westboro & was SO glad I did. What a difference! Would recommend NOT go to this dealership!!! More

I agree, I would not even give this dealership one star. If you want to be treated like an idiot, this place is for you. The "cost" of the cars on line is completely different from what the dealership quot If you want to be treated like an idiot, this place is for you. The "cost" of the cars on line is completely different from what the dealership quotes you as a price (quoted price is $2-3M higher than "Cost" on line). The salesperson at BOCH said the "cost" on the website is what Boch actually paid to acquire the car. Door to door, this dealership insulted my intelligence. For a dealership which touts the most Honda sales in North America, I'm extremely disappointed. More

I went in to purchase a vehicle I had seen advertised on the web. They had the vehicle and all was well until we reached the finace dept. They explained that because of my credit I would be paying a higher the web. They had the vehicle and all was well until we reached the finace dept. I had gotten my scores earlier in the day and they were in the 700's. I got up and walked out after letting them know that I did my homework and that they had a false report from their credit folks (CREDICO). I asked for my deposit back and was told that it would be reveresed off of my card in a couple of days. A week later I was called and told that there was a glitch and i qualified for the low rate and asked if I'd come back. That night i also received a call from Polina at Boch to report that the charge had been reversed on my card. (it hadn't been) I returned and asked that the deposit that I had not received back be credited to the car. They said a check was in the mail. I walked. Within the next few days I heard the check in the mail story twice and finally it was reversed from my card. I was a repeat customer of Boch and used them for services also but their behaviors proved that my business was not wanted. I ended up with a Certified Preowned BMW for the same price as the Honda and the Folks at the BMW Gallery were actually nice to deal with and no credit score issues. More

Everyone is aggresive, pushy, and over bearing!!! I would never go back to this dealer again!!! I felt violated when I left!!! May I just say that BOCH HONDA WAS THE WORST>>> He decided to go there to compare prices with what we had been offered so far (included my trade).. The sales people first came out with an offer that was $8000 which was more than 2 other smaller dealers we had been to. Then my husband said fine..thank you for their time..yada yada.. and asked for the keys back for my trade (they had them to look at trade in value).. then they persisted in what was wrong with that price.. no other dealer can beat that.. My husband told them how he had a dealer who had a price that was less than half.. (PETERS HONDA-NASHUA) and Boch said that dealer is nothing.. they are pee ons.. they cant match us we are the biggest dealer around.. My husband again asked for his keys again.. they then brought Jow Blow the sales mgr over to say they would match Peters price.... My husband again instead he get his keys back NOW... Finally after making a scene my husband got his keys, as he was leaving the sales mgr actually blocked his car then proceeded to lean in his open window to say he was getting a great deal... two minutes later my husband gets a call ..he hadn't even made it to route 1 yet... come on back.. deals all set.. great deal..yada yada.. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE BOUGHT FROM PETERS HONDA NASHUA (the pee ons as they were referred to by BOCH).. Also I hear BOCH is building a new honda dealership in my hometown of Westford.. When I walked into the dealership, bells were ringing, and everyone was going crazy because they had sold a car. I thought this a bit foolish, but I was greeted by a pleasant young man by the name of John and everyone was going crazy because they had sold a car. He walked me through the numbers in purchasing my new '09 Accord V6 EX-L, and was offered the best deal I have come across. I then met with a manager Paul, I felt a little battered and bruised after that, but John assured me that this was just a part of the process. I went into finance and dealt with Desiree, and she was a delight, a breath of fresh air. Everything was straight to the point. I walked out that day with my brand new car. And I haven't been happier since. Thank you Boch Honda! More

a little immature in the negotians part of purchasing, also noticed a dejected attitude when negotiating price. after price agreed on told to come down car would be ready, car was not ready. This dealer is a joke. Boosted themself as the largest Honda dealer on planet. But they way they tried to sell me the car make them look really bad to me. A very pleasant young gentleman by the name of Andy Watts picked up the phone. He answered all of my questions politely and was very helpful. I wanted an Odyssey and was about to drive in to take a test drive and finalize everything, he not only gave me an aggressive price but also offered to secure the vehilce of my choice and price with a deposit over the phone. Of course I was hesitant at first but he calmly assured that with a small deposit over the phone would save me hours in the showroom. So I did and it actually did save me hours in the showroom and made my experience at the dealership very pleasurable. I would reccomend always securing a vehicle over the phone before you get to the dealership. Not only does it ensure that you get the vehicle of your choice but they had it outside waiting for me to test drive. Also they lock in the price so there is no tough negotiatiing when you get there. I highly reccommend Andy for being patient with me and he is just typically not you average sleezball salesman. He is just a delightful young man to work with and is very honest and later I found out he goes to the same church I do. If he ever want to have a happy buying experiance definitely try to speak wiht Andy before you head down. More

Never will boch see my face again. More
