I visited to drive a new Honda Ridgeline (I had been driving a Toyota Tundra) I was so impressed with the ride of the Ridgeline I just happed to ask how much and 20 minutes later I had a deal on a new R driving a Toyota Tundra) I was so impressed with the ride of the Ridgeline I just happed to ask how much and 20 minutes later I had a deal on a new Ridgeline. They were very up front and the price was fair. I felt I got good value for my trade and I really like the Ridgline. More
My husband and I visited Boch Honda last spring looking for a CRV lease. We worked with Kevin and he was great! He took the time to sit with us and figure out exactly what we needed and could afford. He for a CRV lease. We worked with Kevin and he was great! He took the time to sit with us and figure out exactly what we needed and could afford. He was friendly, considerate, honest, and very knowledgeable about the cars in the lot. Not only was our deal great and very fair, but Kevin was able to get us a very generous price for our trade -- a Chevy Lumina that would barely start. We left with exactly what we wanted: a black CRV, EX-L with cream interior and a monthly payment we could afford. It was perfect and I would definitely go back to Boch to see Kevin again and again. I have been buying/leasing cars through Boch Honda for the last several years. After initially leasing from Boch, I made the decision to never deal with any other dealership except Boch. The sales team the last several years. After initially leasing from Boch, I made the decision to never deal with any other dealership except Boch. The sales team and and the service department employee's are phenominal, I have no reason to shop for my cars elsewhere. Every time I bring a car back to purchase/lease a new one, I am in and out within an hour or less, including negotiating the deal and financing. My cars have always been immaculate and ready to go. It is hard to express in works how happy I am with this dealership and I recommend it to all my family and friends. I've had nothing but excellent service and experiences with Boch Honda. I will be a customer for life!! Thanks Boch and team for making my car buying life easier!! More
So I braced myself waiting for the games, the long waits, the hardball tactics... then it was a completely PLEASANT experience that really exceeded my expectations. I started at Bernardi, and I also had the hardball tactics... then it was a completely PLEASANT experience that really exceeded my expectations. I started at Bernardi, and I also had a great experience initially, but they never followed up with me after that first visit except one email over the course of a week. I also would have paid $50 more a month leasing there. The absolute best way to buy a car I think is to negotiate first over the internet. Andrew their internet guy (and those who filled in for him) were super responsive. There was a little salesmanship over email trying to close the deal, but also there were no games. Really upfront. Took $100 to hold the car over the phone, confirmed they had the title before I drove down. Got a great deal on an Accord Lease. So I set up a time to go in on Saturday to have my trade appraised. I told them i only had 30 minutes tops, but expected to be there an hour at least. I was out in 20 minutes. They totally respected my time. ( I will say though I got there early before the rush and there were sales people everywhere wandering waiting to pounce... this is a place with a lot of activity). Luda was a very helpful sales person, running around when I went in Sunday to help get it done. you can wait a bit on busy days for the business office (Which I did for an hour or so). By the time I got there, I did get some of the sales pitch for the expensive addons, but it wasn't too bad. I take delivery this week. This is a high volume dealer... if you're in on a weekend, there's a LOT going on. But if you do your homework, (and work over the net), you really can't beat BOCH. More

All I can say is why did I go against my better judgement and go back to this place. I went yesterday July 11th and had a salesperson Named Heather. She was awlful I asked for prices three times only to ge and go back to this place. I went yesterday July 11th and had a salesperson Named Heather. She was awlful I asked for prices three times only to get some chicken stratch on a piece of paper staing my monthly payment. SO I gave it another try today. Oh did I mention I was with my two little kids and we spend 2 1/2 hours without test driving a thing. So I called today and asked for a manager. SPoke to one that assured me that wouldn't happen. Will 5 hours later. THey wrote up a contracr that stated the wrong price and charged me for a remote start they said they were going to give me for free. UGG Oh and tday took 5 hours. Beware I've heard they have good prices. But I wasn't impressed and they took my entire deposit. Which I thought was weird since every other time I bought a car I bring a cashiers check. HUM!! More
[Pure coincidence: typifying our positive experience, while writing this review, my wife just got a follow-up sales call from Salesperson Marc Heroux himself to see if everything was ok after taking deli while writing this review, my wife just got a follow-up sales call from Salesperson Marc Heroux himself to see if everything was ok after taking delivery]. We cannot say enough great things about the manner in which Boch's entire Sales, Internet Sales, Service, Finance and Admin team worked together and dealt with us during our recent 2009 Honda Fit Sport AT purchase. The personalized approach for such a large dealer was unexpected. Boch, by far, exceeded our expectations in every category. We have purchased new Hondas since 1979 (around 10) and currently own 2. This time we had high expectations before we would buy from any Honda dealer, and we had limited funds due to the poor economy. We were ready to buy a 2009 Fit Sport AT immediately, as my wife has yearned for a redesigned 2009 model since it was announced by Honda. From Honda.com , we sent internet quote requests to four dealers and within 1-2 hours we had a Boch email quote (with an actual $ amount, a very good price) and a phone call back from Jayzen who is an Internet Sales Manager. BTW, it is now 4 days later, we have already taken delivery, and the other 3 dealers only sent delayed replies which basically stated "we got your request and give us a call"). We had recently invested hours by visting Bernardi on Rt. 9 a couple of times, but, we could not get anything but a "general" idea of availability and price, as you had to go through the time-consuming hassle to sit down and do the ready-to-commit-and-sign paperwork first before you could get real answers from them. We loved the Sales guy at Bernardi, but were tepid to their sales approach, seemingly high pricing, our feelings about the rest of their sales team, and the limited selection available. That uneasy feeling thankfully pushed us to stray and look for other dealers and save a lot of money while maintaining comparable post-sales services. On the way down to Rt 1 to see Boch, I remembered that Prime was also on Rt 1, because we had bought Honda and Mercedes cars from Clair before. We called Prime's Internet Group and found their price was within $50 of Boch's. However, Prime said where we were headed to Boch, if we went to Prime that day, they would lower the price by an additional significant $ amount. We walked into Boch ten minutes ahead of time, discovering 3 people talking about us. It was Jayzen the Internet Sales person informing Salespersons Steve Winette and Marc Heroux that we were scheduled to arrive. Jayzen was informing them of the price and details of the model we wanted, detailing the colors he had informed us were in stock, and discussing having a test drive Fit Sport ready. Impressive! The Salesperson duo was thorough, low key, no pressure, and worked with us flawlessly - we liked that very much. We took a test drive with informative Fit-guru Salesperson Steve Winette. We accepted Steve's offer to ride to the reserve lot where all the inventory cars were parked, to select the exact color and car stock # we would like to buy if we purchased from Boch. We were up front with post-test drive Salesperson Marc H. that Boch's price quote was basically the same as Prime's, but, we were going to take a ride to Prime because Prime had told us about the additional large savings amount if we went to Prime that afternoon. Then Sales Manager Mark Schloss came over. We were straight with Mark S. as well about our intention to checkout Prime before buying (and that we perceived the Prime offer to be genuine and not a bait and switch) - he said he would match that further discount and lowered the initial price we received. The Sales Mngr. did not give us the old turn-off demeaning "don't believe what the other dealer said/too good to be true" spiel we have heard before, and he did not speak negatively about his competitor. At that point, we said OK, acknowledged that we believed Mark S. was saving us hours (days?) of further "shopping around" while geting Boch business, and, we felt comfortable that we likely had a GREAT deal with comparable post-sales offerings. We were treated well and respectfully. My wife had the oppotunity to "ring the bell = deal!". That bell rang continuously while we were in the showroom - hope it does not crack from overuse. The Finance guy, Tom Glover, discounted a dealer installed remote starter that we needed, and handled all of our paperwork quickly as we did not plan to use Honda financing....we loved the pics of his 3 cute daughters. All was not perfect: We did run into a challenge because Boch's email system had an unrealistic low size setting for rejecting emails with attachments.....Boch has deep pockets and should do something to increase this low threshold because it caused a significant communication glitch which had to be overcome. Their service car prep people, backoffice Admin, and Registry people did an invisibly seemless job of getting the paperwork through in a tight turnaround, as we had to be able to pickup the car the next day. The Sales Mngr and Salesperson Marc H. delicately ensured that all of the checklist details about the car delivery were in order and 100% done so nothing slipped between the cracks. We noted that Boch is a very busy volume dealer with many salespersons to accomodate crowds of customers; they provide customers with plenty of ice cold Poland Spring waters on a hot day and have a bunch of environment-friendly recycle receptacles for the empties. We realize this is a glowing dealer review, which is attributable to the fact that our dealings with Boch left us glowing! We realize that YMMV. Oh yeah, my wife just looooooves her Fit Sport AT! Kudos to the entire Boch team!!!! They made the experience of buying a new car a SIMPLE pleasure. We weren't rushed or pressured. They wanted us to be happy and get what we wanted for the price w experience of buying a new car a SIMPLE pleasure. We weren't rushed or pressured. They wanted us to be happy and get what we wanted for the price we wanted and we DID! We purchased a brand new Honda Pilot Touring 4WD. Tenia, our Salesperson, took her time and explained everything!! It never felt like she was trying to "sell" us. The Honda sold itself once Tenia showed us everything. When I went to pick up my new SUV, Tenia set up my radio stations, XM Radio, Bluetooth and Navigation without even having to ask her. She asked me to select my "preset stations" and she'd take care of it all. Sounds simple, but it was a really nice bonus! I would HIGHLY recommend Boch Honda in Norwood!!! I am not surprised they are the #1 Honda Dealership in the Country! They are the best! The staff is like family. They laugh and work GREAT together creating a "comfortable", yet "professional" atmosphere for the customer. More
My experience with Boch Honda was great. I am from NJ and called them up to discuss the car etc. before going in to buy. The manager, Denise, was very professional and their follow up even before I went in w called them up to discuss the car etc. before going in to buy. The manager, Denise, was very professional and their follow up even before I went in was perfect. I drove all the way from NJ to MA to buy a car, fighting my way through 5 hrs of holiday traffic and I would do it again. It was well worth it! From the moment I walked in,which turned to be 7.30 pm on account of traffic, the staff was great. No pressure. My sales person, Wally Thomas, was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful and efficient. As a single woman going in to buy a vehicle,I could not have been treated better. Bill who was Walter's manager,Chris, another sales rep who helped me and Eric, the Finance manager were also extremely helpful and honest. Their service was impeccable, the deal was perfect and my experience at Boch Honda,Norwood,MA has me recommending it to everyone !! More
I had been thinking of a new car for a couple of "years". I looked at mini-SUVs, as well as wagons. Mike McShane helped me with the Honda CRV. I tried 5 (maybe 6). He was very patient and helpful. Paul I looked at mini-SUVs, as well as wagons. Mike McShane helped me with the Honda CRV. I tried 5 (maybe 6). He was very patient and helpful. Paul Costine was also quite helpful. My plan wasn't to purchase that day. They were reasonable and waited for me to feel comfortable with my decision. I purchased a Honda CRV EXL the following day from them and absolutely love it. I wuld definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you Mike and Paul. Helen Ann Higgins More
